No86 are extremely unprofessional, i tried to buy a house with them went all the way through to signing of contracts and they allowed somebody else to view the property and have the property instead. They lied to us and went behind our back. They are incredibly patronising, me and my husband lost out on about £600 we had no support from No86, they have no compassion and they don't care. We went to view other properties after this fell through and they were more concerned about their social media than answering their phones rather than booking viewings for houses. They really do not care about their customers, from talking to other people we are not the first to have bad experiences with them. Avoid this estate agents... Read more

Within a matter of weeks I had found No.86 and from the start they have been unbelievably professional and human. They have kept me up to date, boosted me when I thought my home would never sale and through it all Katie and her team have been helpful and always at the end of the phone.
