Their proactive approach in expediting the sale was invaluable, especially given the challenges I faced with my solicitors. Impressively, they notified me about the completion and key collection even before my solicitor did! Additionally, they were accommodating with meeting arrangements and allowed me to visit the property for measurements before moving in. I was delighted to receive a welcome card and a gift bag with my key as a thoughtful gesture upon completion. I highly recommend them to both sellers and buyers. Just sold my house with no86 , I would like to thank no86 estate agents they were amazing from start to finish of the process of selling my house , All the team members at no86 were there for me from the very first time I walked in to the shop to ask them about how to value my house, they valued the house listed it and then sold it within a short time . The process of the sale was so simple and they kept me updated throughout the process of the sale I can’t thank them enough. No86 are extremely unprofessional, i tried to buy a house with them went all the way through to signing of contracts and they allowed somebody else to view the property and have the property instead. They lied to us and went behind our back. They are incredibly patronising, me and my husband lost out on about £600 we had no support from No86, they have no compassion and they don't care. We went to view other properties after this fell through and they were more concerned about their social media than answering their phones rather than booking viewings for houses. They really do not care about their customers, from talking to other people we are not the first to have bad experiences with them. Avoid this estate agents... Read more
