Great service from SA Property after recently selling a property in Gorseinon.
I met Ben for a valuation, he clearly explained the services offered and the process. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.
After proceeding with the listing, SA property used their social media to gather interest and used popular online platforms to advertise. I was kept up to date frequently regarding interest and viewings.
After agreeing a sale price, Tracy was extremely helpful keeping me updated on the progress of the transaction and assisting wherever possible.

Downsizing is not easy at any age but as time creeps up on you, you find the stress and complications of selling and moving home difficult. Ben and his team helped to take some of the stress out of the process. No sale proceeds as quickly or smoothly as you hope it will. So I was pleased with the support and good advice I was given. I would strongly recommend any people who are maybe not in the best of health or getting on in years to use SA PROPERTY’s services. I was rather hesitant in renting my property as a first time landlord. However, having SA Property and Ben recommended to me I approached Ben and he was able to dispel my hesitancy.
His past experience in the business was really helpful and he was able to respond well to my concerns.
He was able to help me navigate and enlighten me concerning my responsibilities and my duties as a responsible landlord. As well as the company's obligations in handling the tenancy for on my behalf.
The efficiency of the whole process saw a sound tenancy achieved within 3-4 weeks of my decision to let.
I cannot but highly recommend SA Property and their team to prospective landlords.

SA property helped us to move into our first home together. From the go they were absolutely amazing. All of the staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much to ask. They were all willing to help with any questions we had (I had plenty as a first time tenant).
Ben and Cheryl especially were absolutely brilliant. They were professional while still making us feel comfortable. We had some bad experiences in the past with other estate agents due to us being a young couple so found a lot of others very patronising towards us. But that was never an issue with anyone from SA property, they treated us just the same as anyone else and that was what made all the difference for us.
I could not recommend them more, they were absolutely outstanding and we cannot thank them enough.

Ben and his team did their best and were very responsive. They were very helpful chasing the vendor's solicitors and helping to move things forward. It is much nicer to deal with them than with other estate agents who try to sell you additional services straight away.

Would highly recommend over any other estate agents in Swansea! Their team are incredibly professional, honest and are actively engaged with customer service. Any and all query’s/ issues have been solved really quickly and their staff are all really polite and pleasant to talk to. Don't waste your time with other agents, who only care about your rent going out and ignore Tennant problems!

SA Property came recommended to me by friends in the Estate Agency business.
I met with Ben and Cheryl on the Monday, the house was advertised by the Friday and was sold 4 days later.
They were extremely professional and helpful and communicated regularly with me from start through to completion. Their use of digital media to advertise the house was excellent which, combined with their marketing through their website and social media led to a number of people viewing the property.

SA Property sold our property within one day!
We loved their proactive work ethos, promoting the sale of our property through various forums. Ben and Cheryl communicated well throughout the process which made the selling of our house much less stressful.
They were also able to provide additional services such as a mortgage advisor.
If we were to sell a property again, we would definitely used SA Property, trustworthy, credible and get the job done!

I do not recommend. To elaborate... my experience was with a lady named Cheryl. I was told when i rented a property from you guys, the cottage. I asked if house has any mold issues. She said no, very confidently! And when u have children its not easy to move out from house to house. So i was stuck in this property due to the lack of information. I was also told by the landlord that you guys should have told me to keep the porch windows slightly open i was never told this and if i was that would've been a red flag for me as its not practical. I will actually attach images to prove my case. I was later told by the landlord who attempted to fix the issue to the best of his ablity that i needed to keep wiping this mold down. Really? I pay my rent and to be told that, so impractical. And their was a property that came up in gowerton the area i was looking to rent in, i was told by Sheryl that she will inform me as soon as something becomes available, i called to enquire about this house and i was told it was taken. My experience with Cheryl has left me disappointed and sadly for your team, i will not be recommending you guys nor will i buy or rent from you in the future. Part of admin fee that you charge, is also suppose to include information about the property which was left out and for this i find you guys to be dishonest, oblivious and misleading.

SA are very professional and efficient. Willing to provide link between vendor and purchaser to speed up information and process between solicitors. Found this very helpful during sale of my property. Friendly, helpful service with attention to detail due to SA being a small firm and competitively priced. I used them for a purchase and two sales, consider them top of your list.
