As it was the first time selling a home, we struggled to know where to start as even choosing an estate agent seemed daunting. We met with five in total, but once we met Jonathan the search stopped as we really liked him, liked everything he had to say and he gave us a competitive quote! Selling in mid-2023 was a really difficult time in the market, and selling an ex-council home always comes with a few extra factors to worry about, but I was so happy we went with Jonathan and Oaks to sell our flat. Communication was great, we were always given plenty of warning for viewings, and we actually had two offers that we were happy with. Jonathan and Conal were always polite and friendly and the whatsapp chat made it easy to get in touch. I also found Jonathan a calming influence in the later stages when I was feeling anxious about a few completion delays. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oaks to anyone selling a home.

Brilliant little agency with hardworking folks who care about getting the job done properly. After a year of house hunting (and meeting with pretty much every estate agent in London), Jonathan and Harvey were the ones to finally lead me to the right home. Harvey was friendly, genuine and responsive before, during, and even after the house sale. Very happy to have encountered them and would happily recommend Harvey and Jonathan—as estate agents and people.

Oaks Estate Agents Tulse Hill were absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend them enough. Really detailed knowledge of Tulse Hill, the market and were astute in monitoring how wider trends were playing out locally.
My house was a particularly hard sell because of it's location, and the market falling off a cliff in 2023, but Jonathan, Harvey and Conal put an insane amount of effort in to get me sold. Their communication was brilliant and they consistently got buyers through the door.
Oaks were decently priced and they didn't hard sell me or overprice my property; and were completely honest about the process. Decent people who are good at their jobs!
They found me the right buyer, and their instincts were spot on, every time, they really really know their stuff. A safe pair of hands and you know they will get the job done. I'm very grateful to have found them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We recently used Oaks to sell our two bedroom flat. Johnathan and his team have been fantastic! We're a family with young children, the team took the time to understand our requirements and accomodate viewings around our schedule, as well as keep us updated with every viewing feedback. They were able to secure a sell quickly, and resolve any queries from the buyer before it become a major concern. Now a few months later, we're ready to complete and we're very grateful to the team. We would definitely recommend Johnathan and his team!
