From first listing to completion in 4.5 months. From the start with the initial photo shoot and marketing, the team have been excellent guiding me through the process. But I have to say as we got closer to the exchange they stepped up a notch and really drove us home.

We had a great experience working with Dane at Oaks as first time buyers. He gave good advice throughout the process and we were really pleased with the way he mediated the sale process with the sellers. We also used Oaks’ recommended solicitors and found that partnership very beneficial + efficient. Big thanks to Dane and the team at Oaks for landing us our lovely new home

We’re renting a property through Oaks, and the experience has been fairly positive. Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

Would recommend Oaks as the flexibility and level of service using a smaller, knowledgeable business is really noticeable versus the big players. Would highly recommend Andree who was great throughout my sale process.

I tried to call Oaks on a Saturday to arrange a valuation, I called three times and no one answered. I then went to their website which was down for most the afternoon. When it was up and live, loads of random spammy pop ups kept coming up. Not a great first impression but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I got back in touch the following Tuesday to request a valuation, they couldn’t book me in for over a week and a half. In that space of time I had already had 2 other estate agents come to do valuations and as I was on a time crunch, didn’t bother with Oaks for the valuation so cancelled. It was only at that point did they seem interested to speed up but I was over it.<br>That said, my home then went under offer with the other estate agents and the buyer was selling a property via Oaks and let me tell you, Oaks were incredibly unresponsive when being asked for updates on the chain. Dane was the point of contact for my buyers property and when he finally replied, it was like he was on another planet. Unfortunately each and every turn of my experience with Oaks hasn’t been good, so for me I would never choose to use them.

Oaks have been fantastic in helping us sell our first home. After two failed purchases last year (out of everyone's control), we put the house back on the market and within two weeks - had accepted an offer and we have now completed the sale. Would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

Dagmara has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She’s professional, reliable, and goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
