This agent was totally hopeless; misleading and actually failed to sell the property.

I'll be candid and say I generally don't hold estate agents in high regard. James and Pavines @ Oaks Streatham changed my view.
They knew exactly the type of buyer who would be interested in our property, got them in quickly and got us a sale we are very happy with.
They went above and beyond, pushing every step of the way to get the whole chain across the line, dealt with any quibbles quickly and professionally. If you're thinking of saving half a % on a cheaper agent, don't. These people really know their market, their areas and people. Thanks both!

Superb Service from Dane and Daniel in the South Norwood office from initial offer to completion.
Dane was always on hand to answer our at times, very random, first time buyer questions, ensuring we were kept informed on next steps and up to date on progress of the purchase. Dane was a great conduit between everyone in the chain and ensured things kept progressing, unblocking delays when they arose.
Thanks for all of your hardwork Dane - it made our first time buyer experience one to remember!

Thank you to Jonathan and the team for doing a fantastic job at on the sale of my flat recently! Initially Jonathan was more positive, credible and knowledgeable about the immediate sales market that the two competitors that I met.
When there were some bumps in the road his level headed advice helped to turn things around and get to a positive solution.
