I chose Oaks as they are knowledgable of the area. They held the keys and were happy to show perspective buyers the property which was very helpful. They sold the property fairly quickly and overall I was happy with choosing Oaks.

Highly recommended! Ollie and Daniel have been great throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer things can get stressful but they both made sure I was well looked after from start to finish! Used other agents in the area of South London, but couldn’t be more happy I went with Oaks! Thank you again.

I recently purchased a house as part of our property investment portfolio, working with Courtney.<br><br>Courtney has been amazing through every step of the property purchase. She understood what I was looking for straight away and lined up viewings with suitable properties in one day.<br><br>She then worked really well with both sets of solicitors to move us to completion in just over 1 month. She communicated everything clearly and made sure everything moved smoothly so we had no delays.<br><br>I highly recommend working with Courntey if you are looking to purchase a property in the area.

As a first-time buyer, I had a great experience working with Vas. From the beginning, he really took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for. He then introduced me to a range of suitable properties and was always flexible and accommodating, making sure I had the opportunity to view everything I wanted before making a decision.<br><br>Vas ultimately helped me find a great property. Throughout the whole process, he was cheerful, patient, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Oaks have been fantastic with our house move - we really couldn't recommend them highly enough. The challenge we set them was to sell ours and my parent's house in the same time frame and to push through our sale in time for the start of the school year in September. Through various challenges they delivered.<br><br>Despite the war in Iran and the mortgage rate rises cooling the market they got a great price for our house which enabled us to move to our dream home. Their communication was excellent and they were proactive throughout the entire process - talking us through the process and talking us down when we were getting stressed. Luca in particular deserves special praise - he was like a dog with a bone pushing the sluggishly slow people up and down the chain to speed up and make our target date. If we were selling in Croydon again we'd go with them without hesitation.

We’re renting a property through Oaks, and the experience has been fairly positive. Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.
