We’ve had the best experience with Oaks selling our home! They put in so much effort and hard work to actively get viewings in and always kept us updated throughout. Daniel was great from start to finish with his advice and time spent on the phone explaining things to me! I have no doubt it’s thanks to Daniel and Dane and the rest of the team that we are due to move just 4 months after going live! Would highly recommend!

The experience of using Oaks was very smooth overall, they were attentive and friendly and offered balanced advice when we needed it, the whole process was professional. Special mention to George who handled everything particularly well, always there on the phone when needed and carried the whole thing start to finish.

Daniel and Dane from Oaks South Norwood did an excellent job in processing a sale for our property. Considering the challenges in the market they were able to achieve a good sale price for our property on two occasions. They also rose to the challenge of having to relist the property after our property original sale fell through.
Their communication was good and they took a proactive approach to the sale of our property. Through their hard work, it only took just under two weeks to go under offer, twice!
If there is any critique we would offer it would solely be their recommendation to use Naqibul Islam from Setfords as a conveyancing solicitors. He was not proactive and often wasn't on top of our sale or purchase. I would urge to look at other conveyancers or only reference those they do not recommend (For which he should be on this list) in future.
Definitely will use again in future as they were excellent. Highly recommended by us.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Oaks team for my home purchase. Sometime buying process can be daunting, but they were fantastic every step of the way especially George who is very professional and efficient.
He was always available and very spontaneous. I am glad I chose them and will use them again in future whenever needed.

First class service from Dane supported by a great team lead by Daniel. Very professional from the outset and right through to completion. This estate agent is different from others as they drove the process by chasing and following up during the conveyancing process. This proactive approach enabled me to exchange in under a month. Good job!

We have just bought a house through Oaks and Dane and Daniel were absolutely fantastic, we can’t thank them enough for all their help. They not only were so professional, helpful and knowledgable with the house we have bought but also amazing at chasing the progress of our sale and keeping that moving (which was listed with a different agent). They were always fully aware of what was happening with both our sale and the purchase and kept us updated at all times. They also chased solicitors and external parties and took so much of the stress out of the situation by being so on the ball.
Being able to WhatsApp Dane and Daniel was so helpful and they always replied promptly. They treated us with so much respect and consideration at all times and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much guys!

GetAgent was an invaluable addition to my house selling process, I found them online when l was looking for Estate agents and the great thing was the service was free.
GetAgent provided information about the performance of the Estate agents in my area. This enabled me to make a good choice and my property sold within 2 months.
I was able to track how many views my property was getting online, in addition how many properties had sold near my location, how many where still to be sold, whether properties had increased or decreased in price.
They also provide so much advise about selling your home. I would definitely recommend them.
