I also must give a testimonial to Camron from the gidea Park office. When I couldn't make my viewing due to work commitments Camron went out of his way and went to the property and did a virtual viewing for me as he knew how much I wanted this property , we video called as he walked me through the whole house and answered any questions I had before I even asked them! Someone who has only one review is not all of sudden becoming reviewer to say how great a estate agent is because a good estate agent is one you have very little interaction with. If Trading places is the worst in Leytonstone, these guys are definitely the worst in Leyton. The staff know very little how the local council operates and don't even know what is considered a family by the council. Some of the staff are very rude especially that Tabatha one. If you are a landlord you probably should avoid these guys representing you, they take short cuts and allow subletting.

I bought my flat in Holloway with One Click Homes. Amar and Tony have been top notch and worked hard to get the sale through. Tony was my primary point of contact, but when I wasn't able to get through for whatever reason, Amar would step in incredibly helpfully. By far the best estate agents I've ever worked with. The reason for the four stars rather than five was that I don't think any messages I left with the office team ever got through to Tony and Amar so I put this here as a suggestion to future users of OCH: Ring your agent directly on their mobile, rather than leaving messages with reception.

I know the AGENCY MAY NOT KNOW MYSELF BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN THE PROPERTY WITHOUTH TENANCY AGREEGMENT.
THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DO NOT DO TENANCY AGREEGMENT TO ANYBODY, MY GIRLFRIEND IS 2 YEARS WITHOUT CONTRACT. I am talking about 23 Robinia Crescent E10 5TL, in this house people speak only Hungerian with huge Hungarian flags everywhere inside the house.
One Click Homes Agents are interested only in moneys and they don't do their job properly. There is not one professional person in this Agency. I moved in a double room where my girlfriend was living.
After couple of days she told me that she pay the rent to a person called Istvan living in Hungary and this person send the rent to the estate agent one click and from one click will end up to the owner.
All of them are NEGLIGENT because the house has never been checked.
The bathrooms need to repairs for many months, basin hot tap not working for adges.
The CARBON MONOXIDE detector which KILLS PEOPLE, I think is not working for months has one night was ringing.
However, very poor Estates Agents, I am disgusted for their professionalism. at the end the Owner decided to get back the house because the Estate Agents One Click DID NOT PAID THE OWNER AFTER MANY MONTHS

For renting, I've never dealt with an agent worse than these jokers. Their rental contracts contain unfair clauses which are not legally binding, they charge fees for missing appointments yet frequently fail to attend to ones they've arranged, (and even turned up at my door one day completely unannounced). If you're looking to rent, do yourself a favour and find a reputable company instead - you'll save money as well as your own sanity.

Worst agency I was renting with. Nightmare is over! When we moved in paying always on time and in full ( direct debit) We could not use parking, as it was a car dumped in our parking space, but the agency did not want to deal with it. Washing machine never worked, cooker not working oh and " don't open the balcony door because it's a health hazard " - mentioned of course after signing contract. When they booked in checking the property appointment not turning up and when I called if it's happening as I am sitting here since we agreed on appointment " there is an emergency at an other property " - and this is the sentence we kept hearing from them. Boiler broke went on 2 weeks with no hot water and took them months to sort things and all this with constant chasing them. When we moved out they wanted to deduct money from our deposit for the balcony door which was " health hazard " -( they own words) when we moved in.... If you want to save yourself from a constant headache do not rent from them, and if you do, make sure you have emails with all the ongoing issues.

Made arrangements with One Click Homes to view a property - nobody bothered to turn up at the agreed time. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. Ridiculously unprofessional and plain rude. Wasted time and money getting there. Would not recommend.

Worst agency in London by far
I whish there was an option to give zero star review
After moving in we've encountered a ton of problems with the property: Mice infestation, leaking pipes everywhere, even leaks next to power sockets, boiler enclosed in a cupboard without a door, to say the least.
The agency kept sending their builder who didn't seem to know what he was doing even mounted a shower head upside down, he was called to the property 8 times to fix one problem and after not being able to he sent a friend that left us with a huge whole in the ceiling exposed with mice running around, insects etc.
After much complainning they chose to ignore our emails and pretend they were busy or not present when we called and only showing up or sending representatives when we threatened not to pay rent.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PAYING THEM AGENCY FEES AND THEY DO NOT MANAGE ANYTHING AT ALL
GOOD LUCK TO THE PERSON BUYING 5 RADLIX ROAD, YOU'RE IN FOR ONE

Helen was really helpful and came out of her way to show us round the house. She answered all our questions during the viewing and also via email or phone afterwards. It was refreshing to deal with an estate agent with a genuine care and involvement in the process throughout. On the day we collected the keys, Djamel was also really helpful in giving us lots of information for the move and sending over contract details promptly after out meeting. I would highly recommend 1 Click Homes.

Stay away from them !!!!! They taking money and don't doing anything..... As well contract is working only for them . If you want your deposit back they keep that long long and don't even feel to drop you email what's happend . Stay away

EASILY the worst estate agents i've ever dealt with. They never return calls or emails, claim they don't have their agents mobile numbers?? and are consistently rude and dismissive. AVOID these guys at all costs. Trust me.
