I had a property to sell and I felt your move was the right estate agent for me, Najma and her team took all the stress off me, they asked me what I wanted and they said they can do better which they certainly did. I didn't have to do anything they had the keys done all the advertising viewings etc. The for sale sign was up and down in no time having a buyer in less than 20 days which i thought is absolutely fantastic, kepted me updated from start to finish. Substandard and absolutely chronic service
I had purchased a house through these in January, they failed to keep me updated with the sellers who had kept me hanging on for nearly 6 months, went through four times the sellers finding a property then dripping out, no urgency from this estate agents to get the property moving that I was purchasing.
Between them and the sellers the lack of communication and truth was shocking.
A truly stressful 6 months to no avail.
I’d avoid dealing with these people at all costs!

If I could leave a no star rating I would. I agree with the previous review 100% . The communication was awful , we had to do the majority of the chasing for any info at all , no feedback on our viewings what so ever. Honestly could go on and on with all their wrong doings , but I'll just say avoid at all costs . We've looked at statistics since leaving our contract with them , and Your Move wednesfield are the worse performing estate agents in the area at present. Avoid if you want to actually sell your home

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Not impressed at all with the service which I have received from this branch. They have no sense of communication at all. I am a first time buyer so it's all new to me and they didn't even have the decency to let me know that I was on a waiting list to view the property or that an offer had been made. I have had to find this information out from a financial advisor. My mom also had the phone slammed down on her when calling on my behalf to find out what is going on. Absolutely disgusting, not a way to deal with customers at all.

Been dealing with Laura Davis in relation to purchasing a property. She has been amazing! We had major issues with the sellers solicitors whereby they were not responding to anything. That was until Laura got involved. Laura managed to get everything sorted so we were able to prepare for completion, even doing some of the solicitors work for them! The team is very friendly and approachable.
1. Umbrin Kosar is approable however, there were so many things that we requested and begged since the first time we rented a property under yourmove; however,she always says negatively and saying that landlord won't agree/didn't agree about it. It turned out to have a negative impression to the landlord.When the first time we rented, we had a chance to talk to the landlord but he said that nothing was mentioned to him by Umbrin. We are just glad that the landlord is so kind and approachable.
2.Second instance, we moved to another property and sadly, it is Umbrin again who is incharge. The same instance happened. A certain request was not relayed to the property owners when she told she did. The property owners verbalized that they could have done it if it was only mentioned before hand. Luckily, the property owners are also kind and giving.
3. She was inconsistent and unclear about things example: saying we can't move in yet because of the electrical issue but actually we already can. To elaborate, she called past 3pm saying the former and 10 minutes before 4pm mentioned the latter.
4. Pressured us when in fact she called in the last minute like asking for the balance and saying that the office will be closed in 10 minutes.
Although the way she talks is kinda friendly and approachable.

As a young woman in my 20s I was finding the prospect of moving into a house and in with my partner a daunting task, with pretty much no idea what I was doing. Umbrin has made the entire journey super easy, and has been really kind and helpful. She's also been super patient with us, as we weren't expecting to get a house so quickly, so now we're trying to get bank stuff sorted asap! We have recently let our property using the Wednesfield Your Move branch. Their staff member, Umbrin Kosar, helped us discuss our options for our vacant property by valuing it in a timely and prompt manner and also provided us with great support and advice on letting. Umbrin has helped us to secure great tenants within days of advertising our property. Throughout the whole letting process Umbrin has kept us up to date with viewings, reference checks, move in dates. She has provided us with information throughout every step in a very friendly and professional manner. Umbrin has always gone above and beyond to keep us up-to-date and has demonstrated her fantastic work ethic by working early mornings and late evenings in order to get our property let.
We have previously used a number of estate agents to let our property portfolio however have found that Your Move Wednesfield branch has exceeded our expectations. In particular Umbrin has always been very friendly, approachable, prompt and efficient in finding us great tenants and dealing with any questions and queries we have.

I would not recommend your move based on the service I received from a girl called umbrain. She was rude and just wanted to sell things to me when I just wanted advice. I realised at this point she wasn't interested in helping me unless I commited to come in for an appointment to discuss my mortgage. If her attitude would of been better and she actually helped me I would of taken the time to come in and discuss my mortgage, however I would rather go elsewhere as it seems Your Move only want to help if you give them what they want. Disguisting. Also you may want to discuss what good Customer Service is as it is clear she does not know what it is.
