Been dealing with Laura Davis in relation to purchasing a property. She has been amazing! We had major issues with the sellers solicitors whereby they were not responding to anything. That was until Laura got involved. Laura managed to get everything sorted so we were able to prepare for completion, even doing some of the solicitors work for them! I'm not normally a fan of Estate Agents, however Laura has changed my opinion! Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. If dealing with Laura, then I would highly recommend Your Move!

The lovely branch manager Alex Thornton came out to our property to carry out a Market Appraisal last week. Alex was punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and respectful of our home during the current Covid restrictions and conducted her appraisal in accordance with current government guidelines. All communications have been clear and concise with no hidden agenda’s. We would 100% recommend using Your Move for the sale of your property.

Fantastic service provided by the team at Your Move. Given the challenges that COVID provided, the team adapted there approach and got our sale across the line. The team were always helpful and there was continues communication regardless of who was in the office. Would recommend to other people looking for a quality house sale service.

The team is very friendly and approachable.
1. Umbrin Kosar is approable however, there were so many things that we requested and begged since the first time we rented a property under yourmove; however,she always says negatively and saying that landlord won't agree/didn't agree about it. It turned out to have a negative impression to the landlord.When the first time we rented, we had a chance to talk to the landlord but he said that nothing was mentioned to him by Umbrin. We are just glad that the landlord is so kind and approachable.
2.Second instance, we moved to another property and sadly, it is Umbrin again who is incharge. The same instance happened. A certain request was not relayed to the property owners when she told she did. The property owners verbalized that they could have done it if it was only mentioned before hand. Luckily, the property owners are also kind and giving.
3. She was inconsistent and unclear about things example: saying we can't move in yet because of the electrical issue but actually we already can. To elaborate, she called past 3pm saying the former and 10 minutes before 4pm mentioned the latter.
4. Pressured us when in fact she called in the last minute like asking for the balance and saying that the office will be closed in 10 minutes.
Although the way she talks is kinda friendly and approachable.

Absolutely useless company to deal with complaint after complaint fail to do there agreement ::::edited to reply to respone so you are satisfied that know the private sector is involed due to the state of the property edited to reply :landlord has done zero repairs Wolverhampton City Council has found 29 faults if you like I can post that on your page I came and rented it out of you not the landlord
