Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Gaynor in the Hyde office. An absolute pleasure to speak with. Gaynor took the time to explain the local market on both buyer and seller side, best strategy to secure viewings after a few frustrations of missing viewings due to high demand and really took the time to understand what I was looking for.
Would highly recommend calling Gaynor in the office and not going via the website. It was very helpful indeed.

Had the rental side managing my property for the last 3 years and have to say its the worst service I could have ever imagined - double charging on jobs/numerous failed replies to emails and forgetting to let me know about important renewals so new contracts could be drawn up. Lost my patience in the end and took over managing the property myself after even the tenant commented how poor they were. Had Reeds Reins Hazel Grove managing another property before and hopefully this is just a bad apple but beware! Complaints process a farce - complained last year and service got worse and then ignored further complaints - shows how important the customer is. Appalled.

We have just sold our house through Reeds Rains in Hyde and I can’t tell you how great and supportive the team there have been. Both ourselves and the buyer were having numerous issues with our solicitors not responding to emails or calls or not informing us of key information. If it wasn’t for Gaynor at Reeds Rains we wouldn’t have had a clue what was on going and she constantly went that extra mile to keep us and the Buyers informed of what was going on. I would like to thank Gaynor in particular. She is a huge credit to the team and we have been extremely grateful and lucky to have her working on our sale. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains and would definitely use them again in purchasing or selling a property in the future

the whole house selling process has been a nightmare but Gaynor at Reeds Rains has gone above and beyond over the past 6 months helping us massively we couldn't have done it without her. Always available on phone and email to answer any queries and also going to and from our solicitors chasing them up when needed. highly recommend using Reeds Rains Hyde to sell your property. We used Strike first and they were awful so changed over to Reeds Rains and the service has been so much better :)

Everything was perfect until I finished my contract. I have been waiting for 3 months to get my tenancy deposit back, and it doesn’t look like it will be sorted anytime soon. This is beyond frustrating because this score does not reflect the good service that was provided while I was renting. We sold our house through Reed’s Rains and honestly would recommended using them to anyone! From the minute Louise came to value the house, we instantly felt at ease. We didn’t feel pushed into selling with them unlike other estate agents and felt so well informed from the very visit. We had a few buyers due to various reasons and Reed’s rains were incredible. Disgusted at the treatment my mother has had regarding a property managed by this estate agents. Unannounced visits to the property while my 15 year old brother is on his own in the house and excessive mould and damp - the issue has not been dealt with despite my mother having severe asthma and skin conditions. And poor communication and care. This needs resolving.

So Reeds Rains were the estate agent that our sellers used and did they choose right.
From the first contact with Reeds Rains they were responsive and professional unlike some others I know.
We were fortunate to have a lady called Wendy deal with our house purchase and she absolutely went above and beyond and made the nightmare somewhat bearable.
Emails were responded to in a timley manner, phone calls were answer never fobbed off and this made the whole buyer process so much more easier.
I would highly recommend this branch of Reeds Rains and if we ever sold our house we will be doing it through Reeds Rains.

As a first time buyer I could not have had a better experience. I don’t think estate agents realise when buying that buyers also get a glimpse of what they are like as sellers too for when you eventually sell. The whole buying process made me realise which agents I definitely wouldn’t sell with. The team here acted as great mediators looking out for the interests of both the buyer and the seller, were nothing but helpful and went above and beyond to solve any problems that came up. I spoke on many occasions to members of staff there and the whole team always helped me to solve any potential problems and were always prepared to go the extra mile. Wendy in particular who dealt with my purchase was a true pro: acting as a mediator when necessary and was meticulous in ensuring that everything went to plan. The buying experience was smooth and before this experience I did not really see the purpose of estate agents with the online way of doing things. Extremely unprofessional agents left the property knowing we were running 10 minutes late- lying about the actual time of leaving as it was apparently 7 minutes after our arriving. The agent didn't even try to contact us, made us driving all the way from Marple in rush hours for nothing, assuming that we have nothing better to do and will come back other day.
If this is how customers are treated at a viewing, we are glad that we are not becoming a tenant with this agency. DON'T RECOMMEND.

Couldn't not rate this place high enough. I enquired about a house 2 weeks ago...and today I got the keys. The process was so fast yet so professional. Natasha showed me round the house and went through all of the paper work with me and I didn't feel pressured in any way. I was told in advance about everything I needed to do or needed to bring into the office. As stressful as looking for a house is, these girl really made it alot easier. Natasha and Adele were so easy to talk to. There was nothing that they wouldn't do to help. Thankyou so so much to reeds rains hyde. I will telling all my friends and family about your services.

The whole team was nothing but amazing, they was always keeping me up to date from houses that have only just came onto the market, to reminding me of appointments that have been booked for viewings.. they listened to what we needed being as we had a 3 month old and had problems elsewhere where as hyde welcomed us every time we spoke or popped into the store thank you the team and especially Natasha who deals with renting.

I have had the best service and the warmest welcome ever by Jill Spears at the Hyde Branch. I can't tell you how much she has gone out of her way to help me - when I was stuck in a little village 40 minutes outside Guilsborough and I was needing to urgently secure a home in Hyde.
Jill certainly lives and breathes 'going the extra mile' for her clients and her customers and even offers a listening ear while doing so!! A true asset to her organization in every way!
If I called and Jill was busy, I had the pleasure of speaking to Wendy - who was an absolute pleasure! She is a very cheerful person who exudes her personality over the phone, her bright voice immediately makes you feel like you are 'part of a family'... and she even knew who I was when I called- that was very impressive!
I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to anyone I know. The service has far exceeded my expectations. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Just moved into our new home and Wendy has made sure the process has ran smoothly and quickly.
Reeds Rains first sent the details of the house the day after it went on the market as it fitted my criteria (and more). They organised the viewing for that weekend and we fell in love and made an offer.
