Just to put a house on rent they risk our health.
Initially, when I inquired about damp in the house as my family have health issues and specifically I mentioned this, they said “ABSOLUTELY OK, NO DAMP AT ALL” . They covered all the signs and damp marks with the paint.
On my complain one of “professional liars” said I can’t demolish and build it up for you.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL JUNKIES

Mr Vin Warant has been excellent. He is very professional and always literate. Not only has he done what most could not do in six months but it took him just three weeks to get things done, as a home owner I would have peace of mind knowing he has the best interest of the tenants and owners of the property alike. I congratulate Open house to have him in the team and I look forward to working with him more in the future. Highly recommend.
