Using Surrey abodes is definitely a great decision, the service is more personal and friendly than using some other chain estate agents. Jennifer managed to make a time that is usually stressful, easy and smooth!

Jenniffer at Surrey Abodes played a significant role in our house purchase process and walked the extra mile to make sure the communication between solicitors/financial advisor and even our own estate agents (our sale) are synchronised. Most of the time Jenniffer was the first one to convey the messages to us and the person who linked all other pieces of the chain.

Jennifer Porter's Surrey Abodes is a rare independent agent who focuses on providing great service whilst also being very plugged in to the selling business. Jennifer at Surrey Abodes is a fantastic estate agent. We can't recommend her enough. After a friend sang her praises, we asked Jennifer to help sell our house, and we are really glad we did. From the start she was good to talk to, giving us clear advice and options, and always made time for us. She has a friendly, genuine manner that is so important when showing potential buyers around. We had some issues further down the chain, and Jennifer repeatedly helped out above and beyond the call of duty, getting information and chasing people where that should have been done by other agents. We previously instructed a large firm, who, it turned out, were acting for our buyers. They weren't interested once the sale was agreed, and with all the complications her hard work saved the day. We had really made the right decision choosing a small company who put customer service first.

Taking Jennifer's advice we sold our property in one weekend with 3 buyers with three distinctive situations! She took the time to explain all three offers and people so I had plenty to work from an fully understood my buyer! The legal process throughout the sale was full of delays, caused by 3rd parties, but Jennifer was at hand to speak to me about solutions and help speak to EVERYONE to get it over the line!
