Our housing association uses Oswick surveyors by default for their valuations. Me and my partner were very tight for time whereby we needed our property valued as soon as possible, with reports filed. We were so tight for time that we decided bypass our housing association and contact Oswicks directly to inform them of our situation. They called on the Friday and came out on Tuesday. They really did appreciate and understand our circumstances, and demonstrated that by having a surveyor sent out promptly. Great customer service all round, especially from Director Damian. Will recommend!
