By far and away the best rental experience I have ever had! Oliver and Hayley were incredible. From the point of requesting a viewing on a property, to the confirmation of being offered the property took only 4 days!. The level of service is nothing short of outstanding. The online portal made this the easiest home move I have undertaken, The change of address for water, setting up new gas and electric suppliers and transferring my council tax were instantaneous. I'm not really sure I can express in words how unbelievably helpful Ella Weavis has been for me.
Selling my late mums property, from start to ( almost finish , one last hurdle ) Ella has been the driving force behind anything moving forward. She has tirelessly chased my solicitor and remained in contact through everything.
I would honestly challenge anyone to provide a better service because I do not believe its possible.

Organised a viewing with over a weeks notice and had two reminders from the agent. Travelled 75 miles to see the property at the arranged time only to find out when we got there that the agent did not have the keys. Obviously no preparation or basic checks done in advance by the agent to check they had access. I feel sorry for the vendor selling the property as the agent doesn't seem to put much effort in. Choose an estate agent that cares and doesn't waste your time or money.

Customer services is incredibly important when moving house as it is a very stressful time for any family, and Oliver and Hayley made sure that our move goes as smooth as possible.
To put the cherry on top we walked in the house and was greeted with our very own welcome pack (more of a lovely box) with lots of goodies inside such as face masks, disinfectant sprays, vouchers for furniture and white goods and much more.
Would happily recommend Palmer Snell Weymouth to anyone who is looking for their next property, as this so far has been our best experience we've had with any estate agency to date.

Big shout out to Hayley and Oliver at Palmer Snell Weymouth lettings. Despite being extremely busy now that they are handling the Bridport area as well as Weymouth they could not have been more attentive if we had been their only customer. They very professionally guided us through some complexities that had arisen since the property had last been let and were always positive and happy to address any queries that we raised with them. I placed my property on the market in September 2019. It was under contract for 12 weeks. My personal details on the contract were incorrect. The details of my property were vague. There was no EPC before marketing, and my property details in their window listed with incorrect price. The store manager Mark was rude to me by email when I pointed all this out to him, he blatantly refused my cancellation I had only 2 viewers in 12 weeks and never any feed back...horrendous!

As a landlord who lives in Southampton, Mannn Countrywide have been one the best letting agents I have used. I cannot fault them in any way. If any repair or emergency arrises at the property they are straight on the phone, and I get their contractors to sort it out for me. I have now had the same tenant for three years who is happy with the service provided both by myself and mann countrywide.... A happy tenant makes a good tenant.

Properties let within 2 weeks of handing the keys over.
I have a fully managed service and thats exactly what I get.
Trust their opinion on all matters and basically let them do their jobs hassle free to me which is how I want it.
Wouldn't use anyone else no matter how good the offers seem.

They will tell you anything to get your property for sale. Then when you think you have a good price, you get signed up. You then get told, the reason you have no viewings is because the property is too high price, even if thats the price they told you to put it on at.
Like I said they just want you as a customer, then bully you into selling at a much lower price than you were told. Stay away they lie to get you and lie to keep you.
