We recently sold our bungalow through Parabar Estates. If you want an agent with local knowledge who truly makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart look no further than Parabar Estates.
From initial valuation to completion of the sale the whole team were completely professional at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Communication and support with the whole office, but Wayne and Trevor in particular, was exceptional. The whole process had its challenges as there were complications in the chain, but Wayne in particular went over and above to try and resolve the issues when communication from other parties broke down. I believe that without his persistence the chain may have collapsed. Highly recommended

The team got a good price for our property and sold it quickly (less than 2 weeks). They prioritised us for viewing properties that met our need and really listened to our feedback and needs. Beyond this the team are incredibly helpful, including after the sale for instance forwarding packages to our new address. Always a smile on their face and nothing is too much bother. Thank you!

Service over and above from both Karim and Trevor. Trying to sell and clear my late aunt's flat from the other side of the country had its issues. My parents living in the property for over 14 years. They refuse to give tenancy agreement and the letter regarding receiving the payments on time for the last 3 years. Due to my parents refused to pay more rent for the property. By seeing In what state is the property after the renovation which has been done by us. the greedy agency decided that they will put the prices up. When the people above flud parents every 3 months, the agency tells them to deal them self's. Disgusting parabar!!! Disgusting customer service.

Knowing we had a baby on the way our time was of the essence (the conveyancing had to be a swift operation).Karim and his team went above and beyond to help secure our new home upholding professionalism and guidance at all times . Karim was in communication with us throughout the whole process and continued to chase solicitors to keep the chain moving. We have bought and sold houses four times with ParaBar and cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic, friendly agents who are readily contactable with good local knowledge. They help make the whole process as easy as possible.
Also a special mention for Wayne who was our agent for the last two moves. Very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable, he could not have worked harder for us and always went the extra mile to make things work.
We would have no hesitation in using ParaBar again.
