Very pleased with the professional and principled service we received at Beresford Billericay as sellers. I want to specifically mention that I saw first hand how a large neighbouring estate agent on the high street seems to engage in unscrupulous practices - pressurising potential buyers of properties they represent to also employ them for mortgage advice and conveyance and almost threatening buyers that unless they engage them for these additional services their bid for the property will be rejected. None of this nonsense with Beresford though...... Read more
