I first met Bradley at my mums property where she needed to get a valuation. Mum wanted to move closer to the rest of the family and her grandchildren. We had another estate agent in before Bradley and I must say he made mum feel at ease and explained to her the process of what would happen step by step where as the other agent felt like a salesman. He was very knowledgable of the local market and knows his job very well. It was breath of fresh air having Bradley round and he has completely changed the stigma of what me and mum thought estate agents were. When the time is right we will be coming to Bradley again for certain.

I would highly recommend Douglas Allen in Billericay after my experience with the sale of my house. The whole team, particularly Danny, Erica and Anthony, were so helpful and really pulled out all the stops after my first buyer pulled out. I barely had any time to be disappointed as it was remarketed within 10 minutes and another buyer found within a week. I was kept informed throughout by regular phone calls and emails, but never felt pressurised. They certainly have the vendor's best interests at heart as well as take the stress out of selling. Everyone at Douglas Allen Billericay was brilliant during my recent house move. Despite covid restriction the team arranged viewings and gave me feedback very quickly. The first sale of my property fell through but due to the quick actions of the team I soon had a new buyer. My only criticism is of the conveyancing solicitors that they recommend (J S Law) they were really not at all proactive. It is a good job I'm retired and could spend time chasing everything. Highly recommend Douglas Allen Billericay but find your own conveyancing solicitor

Moving home is a stressful time but the team at Douglas Allen working in tight timescales delivered excellent results. Keeping me informed - doing what they say - and providing guidance when needed - All the team were excellent I made a particularly good working relationship with Danny but must mention Erica/Spencer/Natasha and of course my conveyancer Chris.

Overall we had a good experience with Douglas Allen. Danny was very responsive and always available to talk and answer our questions. During the very stressful time leading up to exchange Danny and Natasha were great and really pushed things through with the solicitors and the other estate agents in the chain. I'm not sure our move would have happened without their persistent approach, always chasing everyone up and keeping us informed what was happening in detail.

Being a first time buyer I find the entire process of buying a flat fairly stressful but the guys at Douglas Allen have been absolutely amazing! Anthony , Danny and the entire team have been so helpful along the way. They were very patient with me when I had a million questions at the start and offered plenty of good advice and tips. I had a succession of viewers, all shown around the property by knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional team members. I found the whole selling experience to be a lot less stressful than I had imagined, especially with the pandemic conditions. The staff worked very hard at raising interest in my property, at least 3 viewings a week. Property was sold after 7 weeks on the market. They respected the COVID 19 rules. They were punctual, polite and considerate. Nothing was to much trouble, they understood the difficulty I had in respect of having an autistic child, therefore arranged viewings to accommodate this. Called to arrange a viewing for a property at 1200 on the Saturday. Made a couple of calls to arrange it.
On the Saturday gave then a call at 1205 while waiting outside of the property. Manager Wayne did not have a viewing listed and asked who I arranged it with. I let him know that it was with Spencer.
He gave Spencer a call and called me back. The viewing was not apparently confirmed and the property also has an agreed offer on it.
Be sure that your appointments are confirmed in writing if you want to view a property. At no point was o told the viewing would not be going ahead.
The manager Wayne was very apologetic and handled the situation well on the phone. However I travelled about 20 miles to view this property so am not particularly happy.
