David, Jay and the team are very friendly and helpful, and always answered my calls or got back to me quickly with answers to any queries.
The photographer they use did a much better job than the agent I was on with previously.
I would recommend The Property Specialists to anybody.

The Property Specialists have been great. They’ve taken a process that was quite complicated and made it simple.
I’ve been considerably impressed by their friendliness and communication.
Obviously they are very knowledgeable in their trade and area but I think, for me at least, their commitment to understanding their clients has been first rate.
I should also mention that they don’t hang about. Of course some processes take longer than others, but there’s no waste of time or energy.

The property Specialists no doubt comprises a team of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to seeing customers are happy and satisfied.
Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company.
The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied.
I am so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them so far. They are highly recommended.

I was recommended the Property Specialists by someone who had used them and it was the best recommendation I've ever had. Jay and David are professional, never failed to return a call, kept everything on track and even helped with the removal company through their personal contacts. They were an oasis of calm during an extremely stressful time for me personally. And even now we have moved they are still helping with contacts for professionals to sort out the problems in my new home. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again.

Jay, David and the team were incredible! Not only did they manage to sell our house 3 Times over at a really difficult time, they managed to move the entire chain along with great speed given our mortgage deadline! Without them Chasing solicitors, other agents, sellers and buyers… We would not been in our dream home right now. Their communication, customer service and advice was second to none and were by far the best agents in the chain. The Property Specialists are the best around. Would not use or recommend anyone else. The Property Specialists were fantastic. They take every phone call or if not available always phone back. They were great at guiding us through the whole house selling experience. Very professional in their approach and honestly nothing is too much bother for them.
In my opinion I don’t think any estate agent in Billericay could beat them.
If you are thinking of selling they are definitely the estate agents to put your house on the market with.

Good communication we were always updated, Jay worked hard on chasing the chain to make the move happen.
I’m just sorry we wasted months with another agent before them.
