The Property Specialists have been great. They’ve taken a process that was quite complicated and made it simple.
I’ve been considerably impressed by their friendliness and communication.
Obviously they are very knowledgeable in their trade and area but I think, for me at least, their commitment to understanding their clients has been first rate.
I should also mention that they don’t hang about. Of course some processes take longer than others, but there’s no waste of time or energy.

Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company.
The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied.

I feel they went well above and beyond in what ended up being a fairly complex couple of transactions. They came up with solutions and provided assurances along the way. I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed at least twice without their help, intervention, and expertise. In comparison to the agent responsible for the sale (a large national estate agent) the service and level of competence were miles apart. Moving house can very stressful and certainly was for us. Having sold two properties and bought a third recently, two of which were with Property Specialists we could not recommend them highly enough. Jay specifically you won’t find an estate agent who actually goes above and beyond what their supposed to do like we have experienced. After two sales having fallen through with other estate agents, The Property Specialists totally understood our situation overcame every issue and gave every bit of information possible at every part of the transaction. Honest advice steer clear of the big chains and get a personable experience with a small team who are brilliant at what they do. They sold our property in Hutton and we bought a place through them in Billericay.

Where do we start with The Property specialists!!!!!! .........
This was our first ever house purchase so to have Property specialists being our first and only experience with estate agents we were very lucky , there was never any pressure , Jay was always communicating and on hand at any time to answer any worries or questions we had ... we honestly felt like the only clients that they were working with as the constant help, guidance and communication was second to none .
From the first meeting with Jay not only did we love the house but at no point did we feel pressured or rushed in our viewing or purchase , Jay was so professional and if he could not answer our questions he would go out of his way to let us know as soon as he did , property specialists were also able to recommend a solicitor to make the whole experience from start to finish stress free and always professional..
We will not be looking to move anytime soon however if we did I’m not sure we would find the service that property specialists provided us with .... they are a brilliant team and we can’t thank them enough .......Frank and Family.

They achieved both is super fast time, and by time, I mean in only a matter of a few days the house was on the market and an offer accepted after only 2 days of viewing activity. The second house was in Ingatestone, a very different prospect and this time not on home ground for Property Specialists, but based on our positive Billericay experience we gave them to job. We then had the pleasure of meeting Jay, and viewed a property we fell in love with.
All systems go...
Jay and David went above and beyond in dealing with this transaction, as it wasn’t as straight forward as usual due to one of the sellers living abroad.
Jay was at the end of the phone whenever I called or emailed, even during lockdown, nothing was too much trouble and they helped to take some of the stress away by dealing with things efficiently.
