Absolutely awful. Moved into this site to give our children a better quality of life.... sadly this was not the case. The residents only the touring part were lovely, the staff and owner were a different storey completely..... Bullies that felt it appropriate to threaten a man in a wheelchair, women and children, we were told we had one hour to 'gerroff his land' or our van would be 'smashed up' and 'he wouldn't want to be us if he had to come back' .. I mean, there is just no need.... this was before we had even unpacked. All because our children where riding their bikes on the static side of the park, admittedly we lost track of time while unpacking, and brought the children in at 9pm as soon as we realised. We had not been told otherwise and didn't see a problem as children play and it does them good. The site is also very poorly equipped and shabby, the manager is ignorant and explained no rules to us, just seemed interested in getting our money! Disgusting behaviour, and it probably explains why he has so many empty seasonal pitches. Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!... Read more

My Mother and Father recently moved to this park and not only do they love it here but they also feel safe living in the area. The park is located in a beautiful part of Morecambe where you can enjoy many scenic walks. My parents are over all very happy and don't plan to move for a very long time. I must say I enjoy visiting them as the house is so peaceful and all the residents are very friendly; furthermore the park owner is always on hand to help! They would recommend this park to anyone who is seriously considering moving to a park home.... Read more
