The worst service and rude behavior I ever experienced by estate agent. The spoke to owner himself Sam, no matter what but don't want to listen at all instead appointments system to be working according to his convenience, if you don't comply with it then you will not be given any appointment, kept the phone down without listening, pathetic process in place and their is no movement at all.

Just a quick write-up regarding the recent sale of our property in Harrow Weald by Sam and his team at Parkers.
Throughout the whole process from the initial offer through to completion of our sale, Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
When we first decided to list our property, we intially appointed another more established local firm of agents. We made this decision because we were persuaded that more established firms would have greater market share and in turn, give our property greater exposure. This agent was very pro-active in the beginning, and within a matter of a week or so, they presented an offer that we accepted.
From that point onwards however, we felt let down by that agent who in our opinion, lost interest in this sale as soon as a deal was agreed in principal. We had to constantly chase for return phone calls and felt left out in the dark on many instances. What I have learned since, is that agreeing a sale is the easy part. Ensuring that the sale goes through is where agents trully earn their fees. Whilst I can't blame the other agent entirely, I feel that they shoulder part of the blame for that transaction falling through. At the very least, the outcome of this failed transaction would have been known sooner, had that agent acted professional and diligently throughout the whole process.
When this sale fell through, we decided to appoint Parkers. Although they were less established than some other local agents, we felt that being the new kids on the block might mean that they were hungrier and will work harder for us...how true this turned out to be! Within a matter of days we had another offer, and within a very short space of time, Sam had negotiated an offer at the same amount as our first "deal". Once a deal was agreed, Sam remained very responsive and pro-active throughout the process, up until completion which occured last Friday.
Sam was always on the other end of the phone, or if he was on a viewing or in another meeting, he would always call us back without fail. Sam chased the various third parties throughout the process to ensure that we were on target to exchange and complete according to my timetable. In light of my experiences with Sam and Parkers, I have no hesitation whatsover in recommeding them to any prospective vendor.

I found the staff at parkers to be extremely helpful. The main reason i chose parkers with the sale of my house was their open and honest approach.From the start of the process they were willing to share helpful information with me to aid me with the sale of my house. They were polite, and were always available to answer numerous questions of mine. They presented very professionally and confidently that gave me absolute trust in their opinions. There is a fine line between pressurizing clients and being helpful, I was comfortable with the level of assistance they extended in order for me to entrust them with the sale of my house.
