When we collected the keys, we were told the process of transferring council tax, water, and energy into our names would be smooth and largely handled for us, with a welcome pack to guide us through it. In reality, we received no welcome pack and had to piece most of it together ourselves, including several calls chasing an update on the water bill over the course of a month.<br><br>That being said, the agency did action things on their end relatively promptly, and did give us some email guidance and insight into how to sort things out ourselves. We'd have much preferred being told clearly from the start that we'd need to set most things up ourselves with some support, rather than being told it would be handled for us. The main issue here is a gap between what was promised at move-in and what we actually experienced, not a lack of effort on their part.<br><br>With that being said, we love the house and the area, and we genuinely love living here....
