We rented house number 27 Windsor Road in Harrow at the end of July 2025 until April 2026, approximately nine months. My son and I took possession of the house, and it wasn't very clean. The living room carpet was dirty, and the floor was broken and shifted when we walked on it. The kitchen floor also shifted a lot when we walked on it. We contacted the rental agency, and they said it would take a few days to fix. They put a temporary wooden plank over the floor, and there were many other problems with the house (we have proof and photos of this). This forced us to leave the house and move to another one (we cleaned the house before leaving). Unfortunately, they fined us about £430, which is why I'm writing this letter.
