The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.
7th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT! Imagine bushey were the estate agents I had to use to purchase my property. From the very beginning, things did not go to plan. I found Kelly (head of new homes at imagine Bushey) to be extremely difficult to work with. Recommending a horrible law firm (which I felt fourced to use, as when I explained that I would like to shop around, she became hostile, and did not want to work with anyone else, exclaiming to me that "in this industry you get what you pay for"). Unfortunately, I found her genuinely unhelpful, and I ended up speaking to Jamie at Imagine for all of my enquiries. Who unfortunately was as unprofessional as her, making numerous spelling mistakes forgetting to respond and again being generally unhelpful. I eventually did meet both of these people when I (eventually after over 6 months) exchanged on my property. They had very little to say, and they wanted me to just sign the documents. When I pointed out the issues with the property, most importantly, that it hadn't even been cleaned (there was thick dust and paint on all of the surfaces and piles of dirt in all of the corners). Again, they had nothing to say, other then please sign here, and we had "the girls" clean the apartment before you arrived. After my purchase, there has been no after care, no contact at all. I would highly recommend against using imagine Bushey!

18th Nov 2024 (17 days ago)I'm actually a mortgage broker and was acting for the purchaser. I have to say that Romario was very responsive and proactive with anything I needed to help get the purchase over the line. The whole company is actually very diligent and they even contact you at weekends (which I don't mind) as it keeps things moving. I probably get more involved than your average broker as I like to monitor and help the legal teams out where possible. It's amazing how one part of the process, if overlooked, can hold up the entire sale / chain and Romario at Joseph Scotts, like myself, was happy to assist. I would certainly recommend this estate agent.

Paul Tindley’s professional manner was outstanding as he advised and supported us through the whole process from valuation to completion. We felt Paul went over and above to progress the sale, was always available when needed and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Paul and his team as an excellent choice for your house sale/purchase.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 2nd Dec 2023 (1 year ago)I would never recommend the estate agent to anyone.
