I have sold and purchased property with Parris Residential and would highly recommend to friends and family.
Parris also managed a rental property for me originally purchased through them 8 years ago.
Anita and the team have always been extremely competent, professional and were always happy to help and offer advice.
Parris dealt with the inspections, repairs, looked after the tenants and always kept me updated.
It is difficult to find a good agent who can deal with sales and property management, however in Parris I can honestly say that Anita and the team have always delivered and been totally professional.

A pleasure to deal with Parris as a first time buyer. We originally had our offer accepted 2 years ago and the sellers took the property off of the market as there was no where for them to suit their purchase. We mentioned if the property was to go back on the market we would still be interested. Parris kindly called us back in 2023 and with their professional help we have achieved our first time buyer property for the same property we chose back in 2021. Parris Property Services have managed my rental property over the last 3 years. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to show me the ropes of being a new landlady.
They were always there to discuss any issues and dealt with, inspections, repairs and liaison with tenants swiftly and professionally.
They have recently marketed and sold my property and again dealt with viewings efficiently, giving immediate feedback and advice.
All of this done with a very friendly approach by every member of staff, which puts customers at their ease.
I would highly recommend Parris for management of property rentals and sales.
I would have no hesitation using their services again.
