15th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

The team are professional, responsive and clearly knowledgeable about the local market. Fawaz has been excellent in managing the process from start to finish, always keeping me informed and offering practical advice when needed. Bridie has also been incredibly helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly and dealing with queries promptly and efficiently. Laura has been equally supportive, demonstrating great attention to detail and providing clear communication at every stage. As a landlord, it is reassuring to have such a reliable and proactive team handling my property. They take the stress out of lettings and give me confidence that everything is being managed properly. 5th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Throughout my tenancy, the team was always professional, responsive, and helpful. Any issues or maintenance requests were dealt with promptly, and communication was always clear and efficient. A special thank you to Jack, Dimitri, and Lisa for their support and assistance throughout my tenancy. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. 28th May 2026 (11 days ago)I have just recently used Fox Estates Agency for the sale of 2 properties mine and my late mothers and also the purchase of my new home. The team Chris, Alyson, Liam and Holly were very helpful and went over and above to make the very stressful experience as easy as possible for me. The whole team have been both very professional and also extremely compassionate when I was having to deal with the stresses during the sale of my late mother’s home, whilst coming to terms with my mum passing away. I would recommend using this business to anyone. Finally I would like to say a big thank you to you all.

18th May 2026 (21 days ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

28th May 2026 (11 days ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

18th May 2026 (21 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????

Our house sold within a week of being on the market and the company’s efficiency and customer service was outstanding. They kept us regularly updated with the sale and purchase the whole way through the process. All of the team were extremely helpful but a big shout out to Nick and Sharon, we were very grateful to both of them for their support.
