They went the extra distance to get over the line at the preferred completion date of all parties, even collecting and delivering the contracts for signature. Thanks to the team, really appreciated. I would recommend using them where ever possible for both the sale and purchase as it simplifies the process and completes in the fastest timescales, plus they are very reasonably priced.

20th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Extremely happy with the service provided by Acorn Bexleyheath. This review is slightly overdue but we have been enjoying our home so much that I only now had time to sit down and write it. We contacted Acorn for a valuation of our property and received a pleasant surprise with a higher than expected valuation provided by Jake Blackman. Of four agents visiting, Jake was the only agent not only matching but surpassing our expectations. We decided to see if they could deliver and viewings were arranged with Shemron Mark, who secured us an offer above minimum asking price after two viewings. What followed was an equally great service from Shem, who accompanied the entire sale process to a satisfactory completion, pushing where needed to ensure all progressed. Parallel to our sale, Jake was also able to find us our dream home, on which we had an offer accepted before our property for sale was even on the market. This was a lovely bit of magic on his end, which definitely helped seal the deal, as all agents had assured us we would not be able to secure viewings before having accepted an offer. Something we were not very comfortable with. Two months from moving in, I can safely say going woth Acorn was the best decision we could make. Thanks Jake and Shem and the whole team at Acorn for such a great service and a lovely "welcome to your new home" box ???? We are not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if we ever do, we know who to contact.
25th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I as a landlord trusted my new apartment to this agent purely based on the reviews here. I must say I seriously doubt the authenticity of the many positive reviews. My property was marketed by Mann (Woolwich) for 21 days but failed to find any tenants. Despite the disappointing progress, they did not care about me as a client and provided pretty much no update or communication. The manager was away for a 2-week holiday leaving the team management a huge problem. On a Monday afternoon, I made 6 calls to the letting team via the general number but none of them were picked up. On a separate Monday afternoon of 7 August 2024, my new estate agent tried to call them for collecting the keys, but none of his phone calls were picked up again. This partially explained why after 21 days my property still found no tenants - people like potential viewers and landlords just could reach the letting team! So how people can book viewings to make progress for my property? I decided to move my property to a different estate agent without hesitation. This shows how fake Google reviews can be? I must say that is absolutely the worst estate agent I had experienced in the last 20 years. They don't show important qualities in client care, team management and communication. I could not imagine how an estate agent could not be reached by many phone calls over different days? It is clearly a no-brain decision to leave this agent alone and trust my property to other well managed agents with basic quality of client care. For basic things like availability date, they even initially put the availability date delayed by 2 weeks, despite the fact that the property is immediately available. Enough is enough - it is a wrong decision for me to trust my property to Mann - 21 days with no progress translated to nearly £2000 wasted in this void period. I have to be determined and move on though.
10th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

They are extremely professional and also friendly and approachable throughout the process. I will definitely use their services again and I cannot recommend David Evans enough. Five stars are not enough.

From Liam who was our first point of contact, to the whole team, Chris, Holly, and the Big Boss, Chris, they were always doing something to make this sale happen, which was very reassuring. They're good people who have an abundance of that increasingly rare commodity of understanding the customer's concerns.

They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was a tenant for a year and during this time they were not very attentive to issues we had with the property which was one of the major contributing factors to leaving. When it came to leaving, they would not respond to any requests to release our deposit for almost 2 months! I had to go to a solicitor to assist with getting the deposit back! If you can find any other agent, please do - it's not worth the hassle!
