In the process of selling my father’s late estate we reached out to Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath to act as our agents.
We unfortunately endured various rather complex issues with our buyers which took around 9 months for the whole process to complete. During this time Neil & Margaret worked endlessly with us and our buyers (Neil even worked on his days off/ and at weekends to help push our sale along. It did eventually finally complete in September due to Neil & Margaret’s sheer determination & hard work throughout the whole process which I am truly very thankful for.

Just wanted to say what a friendly and professional service I received from Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath, from the original valuation and discussion through to the final sale I found everyone I dealt with helpful, knowledgeable and personable.
Every sale is unique and it felt like they listened to my needs and ensured they were met throughout, Neil was excellent in setting expectations on how much to sell for, what level of interest to expect and closing the sale. Margaret became a friendly voice to answer any question (no matter how daft) and to chase solicitors and other parties to keep things on track.
If I had another house to sell in Bexleyheath I wouldn't use anyone else.

A little disappointed and certainly didn’t want my property to be auctioned.

We had used RJ previously (10 years ago) and by comparison to the other options who came to value they gave us much more confidence about the value of the house, the sales process and just an excellent first impression. There was an honest discussion on the value and i was shown the relative market competition i would be up against in the area. The team were quick to get moving once instructed and the house was advertised with one minor amend which they accommodated easily. We also benefitted from having Neil look (desktop) at the property we were making an offer on to gauge how we should pitch the initial offer! The viewings were handled with ease and they block booked as much as possible at weekends to suit our needs. They were always quick to follow-up post viewing on feedback and maintained a positive outlook throughout - albeit it was only a matter of a weeks for the sale. You can clearly see they have a network of potential buyers they are able to contact in matching houses.
We are now in the process of surveys and searches and we receive periodic updates from the dedicated and professional 'progressions' team. Thus far very pleased and happy we made the right choice in selecting RJ and team.

We attempted to buy a semi-detached house in Bexleyheath via this branch a few years ago but it transpired that the property had three leases on it. After some duff advice from an employee from this estate agency we lost £££ and were forced to pull out. We then made a formal complaint about this Branch's professional standards to Bexley Trading Standards.
*This happened in 2003 - I honestly cannot imagine this company has improved whatsoever since then. I don't write fake reviews.*

Words cannot describe how pleased we are to get the house we wanted. A big thank you and sincere gratitude to Neil Smith (Bexley branch) for everything. Neil lead the whole process for us right from the viewing stage to handing over the keys. It was a very painful process as there were serious complications with the tenants in the house we were buying but Neil managed to communicate and negotiate with the tenants which led to them moving out. Neil kept us updated through out the process - he went over and beyond what is expected of an “estate agent”. It felt like he is buying a house for himself with the amount of effort he’d put in for us to get the house before the deadline. we recently bought a beautiful bungalow in the joydens wood area. There were a few problems within the end of the chain and we also had a serious medical problem arise within the family. It all became very stressful. However, Margaret was an absolute diamond she was there for us all the way listening to our concerns and pushing the chain to move so as we could complete and deal with our situation. Alongside Margaret, Andrea was also to hand as were Kevin and Jareau. They all couldn't have been more helpful and supportive and we thank them all for their hard work. Being first time buyers, we were going into the unknown. After viewing some houses with different agents, we found it a difficult experience as some of these agents were trying to divert us in so many ways like trying to make us use their preferred solicitors and brokers. However when we tried Robinson Jackson everything changed. They were so professional and let us to decide and we were free to make choices in anything as they understood how important this was to us. Lady Corrie-Leigh took us professionally viewing until we found our home, olso thanks to the progression team who were in contact all the way until we got our keys???? especially Margaret. very bad experience.I made a call for viewing,a lady answered the phone very grumpy.I told her which property I want to view,but she told me details of another property.Not only this,when she said something I didn't understand,she just handed up the phone rudely,then I called back immediately,phone can't be connected.

Having been to over a dozen viewings, this was by far the worst. We had a woman called Tina. We turned up 15mins early for our viewing, arriving at the same time as the agent whilst the owner was home. We said we would happily wait outside until our slot but the friendly owner said she was going to show the agent round as it was the first viewing and invited us to join. Tina did not even say hi and proceeded with the tour with a grumpy face all throughout. After the owner helpfully showed us round for 15mins she left us to explore for ourselves. However, right after the owner left, Tina turned to us to say she was tight for time and basically told us to get out. Notwithstanding that because we were early, it was this time we would have begun our viewing anyway! She was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Having said that it seems the other colleagues of the branch are more hospitable. So maybe it’s a luck of the agent.

Really unprofessional in their approach. Made several phone calls to view properties, promised call backs which never occurred then to hear the property is under offer.
Shocking service! Especially from one particular young lady who shan’t be named, let’s just say just as useful as a chocolate tea pot.

We had purchased our first house this summer through Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. The whole process from the beginning till the end ran smoothly and efficiently thanks to Robinson Jackson staff, specifically Corrie, Margaret and Andrea from Sales Progressing team.
A special thank you to Corrie, sales negotiator, who had been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She is a real professional. She had been very informative in the first viewing and quite swift in responding to our additional inquiries about the property. We had viewed the property a few times, and every time Corrie made every viewing comfortable, with a good presentation of the property as well as answering our questions with patience (yes, with patience, as we had a looot of questions). She made us feel such as nobody than us were in the property and that he had a whole day to view it :) which means, she never pushed us as other agents in terms of time and was always welcome to give us non obligatory advises.She had been just amazing!
We also have to note that Robinson Jackson are offering the services of their so called Sales Progressing Team, which is a great idea. Having this team in hand, we had been updated with our purchase progress at all times. We cant thank enough Andrea and Margaret from this team. Ladies, thank you very much for your assistance through the sales process. You had just done what we were supposed to do- CHASING BOTH PARTIES SOLICITORS AND UPDATING US ON A DAILY BASIS. We sincerely appreciate your assistance!
There is also a fantastic mortgage adviser in Robinson Jackson bexleyheath- Russell Lloyd. He is highly experienced and smart. Though we didnt use his services, but we are hugely grateful for his time spending with us explaining everything about mortgages. We highly recommend Russell Lloyd for any mortgage you need.
Overall, you guys are fantastic team of professionals. We are very grateful to work with you.

We recently purchased a house through Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. The sales team is very professional.
After accepting the offer, we did not have best of the communication possible in the first two weeks. However we had great experience after initial 20 days.
Especially the Progression team Margaret and Andrea did fantastic job in channeling the information. They are highly efficient and worked above and beyond their job description. They chased the seller's solicitors many times without them it would have been a really difficult journey.
The overall experience is very good, we recommend RJ.

Our 2-star review is based on the end-to-end process with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Sales Negotiator (Corrie Goodhew) was great. She notified us of a new house and we booked a viewing immediately. She helped us to secure the acceptance of our offer. However, following that, things started to slip (unrelated to Sales but more like their back office operations). We had to wait longer than expected for a Memo of Sales and throughout the entire process, we received little or out-dated progress updates. In fact, we received regular updates from the estate agent who was responsible for the sale of our residence at that point in time.

After being on the market for over 6 months I decided to change estate agent. RJ are in the centre of Bexleyheath. They literally sold my house in a day!! Corrie was Fantastic to deal with as were the dedicated progression team.
