From the initial enquiry about selling our property all the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. All during the process, nothing was too much trouble and when we either rang or called in, we were always made welcome, it was like working with friends. Alison who was our main contact was very quick resolving and reassuring us with any queries we had. She made the whole process easy and stress free. This was the first house we have sold in over 40 years but have no hesitation in recommending this team. The staff all were all outstanding. Highly recommended A++++

The "for sale" board was in the garden the very next day. The girls in the office were lovely whenever I called. Property was marketed and sold within a month.

So far so good!
Having had an appalling experience with another Cramlington estate agent who rented our property we weren't expecting much, thought this was perhaps standard behaviour. How wrong we were. From the minute Eve answered the phone, she was both business like and personable, she was able to help us out when we'd been left in the lurch and about to go on holiday. Nothing was a problem, our property was on the market and first viewing book within a few hours of meeting her at the property for photos.

Brilliant service from Angie McClarence and her colleagues at Pattinson Cramlington. Once valuation was agreed our house had 4 viewings booked within a couple of day, and an offer was accepted at full asking price. Rachel at Pattinson’s completed the valuation, she came out at 7pm to fit around my work schedule. Pictures were taken there and then.
Less than a day later the advert was already ready and really well presented.
My house sold over the space of a weekend.
Eve communicated great and outside of working hours, and was very helpful throughout the process.
We accepted an offer for above the asking price.
I wouldn’t recommend using the solicitors they have an offer as I’ve found mine very difficult to deal with so far.
I would also say booking of the viewings could of been handled slightly better, it was great how quickly they were coming through, however when you’re miles away at work and receive only a text saying someone’s on their way to view it becomes a little stressful.
I would be happy to use pattinsons again.

I would like to say the service from Pattisons from Beginning to End was amazing. Angie was so informative, reassuring and helpful explained the processes and was always available to answer any questions I had. The solicitors they use Amber in particular are just so friendly helpful and more importantly always take your call or at the very least call you back. We also got a phone call each week with updates of what was happening with the sale of the house. Having used Pattinsons for both letting and selling a home I can highly recommend this company on both accounts. They are highly knowledgeable of the current market and get the job done in record time..I had viewers for my property within an hour of being on the market and sold the property within 24hrs , for letting they took on board what I asked and had the perfect tenant again within 24hrs and moved in under a week. Cannot fault this company and the staff.

Happy with first stage of sale. Everything explained photos taken interviews arranged and house sold within 1 day. After that everything seemed to stop. Not happy with solicitors as although they carried out the work we were not kept updated and they never returned calls or email until we threatened to report them to the Law Society. Not a happy experience.

We sold our house with Pattinson Cramlington, and I can't recommend their service high enough! Everyone - and especially Angie! - was extremely professional and gave us great advice. They were always there when we had questions, and they made sure that we would get the best possible outcome. We wanted to sell quickly as we had already seen a property that we liked and were keen to make an offer, but obviously we still needed market value for our home. 7 days after Angie had come over to take photos etc, and 6 days after the property went on the market, we accepted an offer that was over asking price! Absolutely amazing service! Still cannot believe they sold our house so quickly :)

Me and my brother used pattinson estate agents in cramlington to sell my dad's bungalow all staff were very professional and helpful and sale of property was agreed within weeks.Completion was delayed by our unorganised and uncontactable solicitor in Morpeth but Gemma,Teri and the rest of the team in cramlington were most helpful in helping us to complete and gave the solicitor a push in the right direction which reassured myself and the buyer. I cannot thank Angie and all the staff at Cramlington enough for all the help they provided us with whilst trying to move house. It was such a stressful time for us and Angie really helped ease the pressure. We’d tried all the agents in Cramlington to sell our 2 bed flat, all had been unsuccessful, and in the 9 months it had been on the market we’d only had a handful of viewings. We then switched to Pattinsons not really holding out an awful lot of hope. I think in the end it was on their books around 4 months, they tripled the viewings we’d had previously and in the end we had 4 offers! Amazing! And they kept us so well informed, they called their local investors, pushed it in their window and online. We were in a worst case also offered the information on auctions! If we ever move again there’s no question I’d go straight to Pattinsons, thank you so much!

However, from the agent who we viewed the property with to all the other staff at this branch, we were delighted that we were kept informed literally every step of the process from purchase to completion. The Cramlington office were professional, yet we felt we were receiving personal attention (I find that this is a rare ability in today's world).
