Contact was frequent and lots of possible properties offered.
One particular lady in the Blyth office was a bit blunt and off hand at times but certainly wasn’t all of the time. The lady from Cramlington office was much more pleasant and helpful and I def preferred dealing with and speaking to her. She was very positive in attitude for everything

Everyone at Pattinsons was professional, knowledgeable and helpful but Kelly Dimmock from their Alnwick office went above and beyond to help us find our perfect new home. The property was sold by auction and we had no clue about this process but Kelly guided us seamlessly through it all. Thanks Kelly we’re now living the dream!

They were very enthusiastic to begin with. As time went by not so enthusiastic
Our house was on the market for quite a few months with no offers
We asked them to take it off the market. Two weeks later they still have house on the market. Was not impressed and still waiting for reason house was not taken off the market even though I spoke to them on the phone and emailed our instructions. Not a happy customer
