Pattinson clearly work as a team. Dan was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout my search. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for as a buyer, sent through relevant properties promptly, and followed up with thoughtful, detailed information when I had questions. He was friendly, professional, and consistently quick to respond. I ultimately chose a property listed with another company, but if that falls through, I would not hesitate to go back to him for support.

I can highly recommend Pattinson Estate Agents for a great local service. We found everyone we spoke to at the Wallsend branch, and auction team, to be friendly and professional - and our valuer Josh Cowey, was especially helpful and knowledgeable.<br>As we live out of the area, we depended on additional services from Pattinsons, such as - getting the EPC arranged, and accompanied viewings. Updates on potential buyer feedback and viewings were provided regularly, and it was useful getting text reminders whenever a viewing was scheduled.<br><br>One note of caution though - we were not happy at all with BridgeView Law (formerly Butterworths), who Pattinson recommended for our conveyancing. We received little-to-no communication from this firm, and our completion date was delayed by almost 3 weeks as a result. We have listed again with Pattinson's on another property but we will not be using BridgeView again.

Wasted 4 months.
Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date.
Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k.
Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point.
Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted.
Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.
