I've recently bought a property through Pattinson's Gosforth. During the process I've had some difficulties with the bank. However I must say, Kerri and the team at Pattinson were very professional and supported me throughout the whole process. The Gosforth Pattinson team are very responsive and patient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/rent properties around the area.

I used Patterson's to supervise my rental property for the last 17 years and they consistently performed outstandingly with excellent supervision of tenants, regulatory requirements, repair management and rent collection. Even better when I sold the property while abroad they managed everything and gave me an outstanding rate of 1% sale fee. Couldn't ask for me. I wish you had agents all over the UK as I need someone in Norfolk! Thank you

Without her we couldn't have secured the house of our dreams. She has been responsive and patient throughout the process. The team have been brilliant in ensuring my property was marketed promptly, efficiently and did a lot of work in securing viewings and offers. I’m pleased to say the sale went through albeit took a little longer due to the buyers being in a chain. I would use Pattinsons again without any hesitation - they were good on their fees, in recognising a very fair market value and proactively attracting the right buyers for the property. The team kept me updated throughout and worked tirelessly in ensuring everything moved along.

The office sold two properties for me and the transaction was prolonged and complicated. Sharon and Keri were brilliant in the way that they tried to progress the sale despite a very uncooperative solicitor acting for the buyers. I cannot recommend this team enough for getting the sales through after more than 6 months. Well done ladies!
