My main reason for changing agents was because of poor standards from another agent I’d used for a number of years. There was only one person I could trust and he left earlier this year. He was excellent and I would have probably used them again if he was still there. Unfortunately , some of his colleagues were very poor at not returning emails , calls and at times abrupt.
Rebecca is the reason I chose Keith Pattinson from my initial call back in January / February. Excellent manner and very informative of anything I asked. As it was just a query at that point, she still came across as someone who was interested and wanted to help. Easy to deal with.
I didn’t contact any other agents after that call.
Chloe has been dealing with myself since property was listed for sale and then rental. Absolute breath of fresh air to deal with someone like this. ALWAYS replies to emails , not much to ask but you’d be amazed at dealings with previous agent. Also very bright and positive with EVERY phone call , whether good news or not.
I noticed today on her email that Chloe is an apprentice , Keith Pattinson have hit lucky there.

Promote gazumping. Be careful before buy any house from them. Make an agreement with them and seller before spending money for survey and legal fees. Pattinson agents don't care about your efforts and money.

I have had a great experience with Pattinson Estate Agent. Sheb has been great with the purchase of 2, Hawthorn street Easington. He guided and supported me throughout the sale.
