I've been dealing with the west road office for months now and i feel the service is outstanding. They always go above and beyond for me whether thats arranging viewings or supporting me with my purchases. For me Sheila and Rebecca have been stand out agents, I've never called and them not be able to help me and solve any issues. I would highly recommend the branch as a whole, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area and market trends. During a particularly stressful time in my life I found myself forced into finding a new home. I was looking everywhere with no luck when Chloe from Pattinsons rang me to ask what I was looking for. She promised to find my new home for me and she has. The house I wanted wasn't even on the market 24 hours when she got me in to see it. She kept me updated when a similar offer to mine went in, giving me the chance to increase and my offer was accepted. She has been as excited as me to find my new forever home!! She has fought tooth and nail to get the solicitors to move things forward and has been my rock when I felt like I wanted to give up. Her positive approach and attitude has been whats got me through a process that seemed to take forever (Solicitors). Chloe has kept me updated regularly by email and phone, and I finally get to pick up my keys tomorrow!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pattinsons West Road as an Estate agent to anyone (hopefully I won't be needing one again for a very long time!!!). Definite, easy 5 stars!!!

My main reason for changing agents was because of poor standards from another agent I’d used for a number of years. There was only one person I could trust and he left earlier this year. He was excellent and I would have probably used them again if he was still there. Unfortunately , some of his colleagues were very poor at not returning emails , calls and at times abrupt.
Rebecca is the reason I chose Keith Pattinson from my initial call back in January / February. Excellent manner and very informative of anything I asked. As it was just a query at that point, she still came across as someone who was interested and wanted to help. Easy to deal with.
I didn’t contact any other agents after that call.
Chloe has been dealing with myself since property was listed for sale and then rental. Absolute breath of fresh air to deal with someone like this. ALWAYS replies to emails , not much to ask but you’d be amazed at dealings with previous agent. Also very bright and positive with EVERY phone call , whether good news or not.
I noticed today on her email that Chloe is an apprentice , Keith Pattinson have hit lucky there.

Promote gazumping. Be careful before buy any house from them. Make an agreement with them and seller before spending money for survey and legal fees. Pattinson agents don't care about your efforts and money.

From the beginning of putting my late mothers property right up to completion pattinson at the west road helped us every step of the way. From the first visit for valuation Darren has been very supportive helpful and professional and the office based staff were very helpful and friendly no matter how many questions and queries we had they always took time to update us and reassure us when problems arose. Having become very jaded with trying to sell my house with other "experts " I got irritated by a call from pattinson asking me to view properties! I told them thry could either come and value my house or stop calling me!
They said yes please can we try to sell for you.
Darren called round and valued the house on Tuesday .
We agreed the pictures and a marketing strategy
The house went "live" at 9am Friday
At 11am that same day he rang me with a viewing which led to a sale
My purchasers informed me they had not seen the house before pattinson marketed it.
So much for the other "experts!!!,"
I will admit to being, as they described me, a very "involved" client (pushy would be my words!) But we got a sale through in 10 weeks including Xmas holidays
Very happy in my new home which would not have happened without them
