Stoneridge don’t turn up to viewings and don’t inform the people viewing or the sellers, leaving people to arrive and be sitting outside.
They also don’t communicate about viewings or get any feedback.
The girl in the office is useless and people who come say they’re going to make an offer but tell you ‘that’s if they can get hold of them’.
15 weeks waste of time with no offers.

Steve from Stonebridge Estates came and valued our property. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was very professional. As Steve was as annual leave the following week, his colleague James took the photos. We were kept informed of each stage of the process.We had two offers within a week, one of which we have accepted. I would highly recommend Stonebridge Estates.

Very unprofessional, marketed my house very poorly, I took the house off the market with them in a week without signing a contract, was sent threatening emails by a director (James) that they would come after me for there commission and fees if I sold my house to any of there leads, was sent further sarcastic emails from James, stating have a nice weekend, another one stating it’s only business, and another one sent at 20.55, very sarcastically saying he’d seen the new agents photos on social media and saying they were rubbish. He was also seen driving past my property on numerous occasions, I went to the office to discuss this with him, and was verbally abused and sworn at by a young girl who works for Stoneridge

I've known James and Steve for many years and I can't say a bad word about them. They always have my best interests at heart leaving me satisfied with every dealing I have with them. They are thorough, empathetic and both have hearts of gold. I've had dealings with Cheska too who is an absolute delight, always polite and friendly on the phone a real asset!

Steve and the team worked tirelessly to get my property sold, despite the uncertainties of Brexit and then the pandemic, and a few disappointments along the way. They never gave up, always found a new buyer, and we have just this week completed on my sale. Couldn't have had a better team, they were always pleasant and friendly and encouraging. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They did sell our house but the chain collapsed obviously no fault of Stoneridge. They never resold it and after a while the viewings just stopped. The fee was low compared to other high street agents but Stoneridge could do with using social media more to promote their properties.

Great experience so far ! They have kept in touch regularly and my house has sold within a month. Obviously everything is on hold now due to the virus but I am positive that they will keep supporting me during and after this lockdown . Very happy with the service!
