Very un happy in the way the sales team have dealt with me. They have have been very patronising and not offering a solution as when I pulled out they was very rude and not listening to my points, only after their commission . Was willing to buy another property from Bairstow eve but now I have been put off my there service as they are not willing to help a first time buyer only to take your money. Would not recommend anyone to buy a property from them. They was patronising and rude as they wasn’t getting their money. Adam best was the sales man who was a shambles

Very helpful staff. They go above and beyond to help people. I have never met estate agents that actually care about their customers like they do in this branch. They have helped my mother let her property and were amazing while doing so. And now they have sold her property and been on the end on the phone every time my mother has needed them. If you are a landlord avoid like the plague ! Twice I’ve been stitched up by them getting my deposit back after tenants left my property completely wrecked. They not only lied and told me the deposit scheme gave it back to the tenants but they also held onto £150 of it for nearly a year and were clearly not going to tell me about it. They are what give estate agents a bad name - as I’ve told them !

The team, including Louis, Kara and Jackie have worked really hard to conclude the tenancy on a property and to get new tenants in with a very short vacancy period.
There was an unfortunate situation with the previous tenants who split up, and the team worked hard to liaise between the two at the end of the tenancy. I do not underestimate the time, tact and patience this took.
Louis found several suitable tenants and ensured that referencing was done quickly so that the new tenancy could start as soon as possible after the old tenancy ended.
This could have been an incredibly stressful situation, but the team managed to deal with everything for me and resolved all matters swiftly and professionally.

Highly recommend this branch as have had a few problems with tenants and they are always quick to sort it out when needed. Kara Smith is always very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with issues and glad to have chosen this company.
