They were ok up until the sale was agreed although a five minute viewing was way below expectations. Afterwards it was an error-strewn transaction. I had to chase them numerous times for information, with several contradictions and u-turns along the way. They even forgot to add the VAT to their final fee! Really disappointed with their lack of professionalism. Thankfully I won't be dealing with them again.

I was a bit worried about the new criteria of referencing and monies to be deposited but it wasnt as bad as i thought.
