We had a very difficult conveyancing due to problems with our buyer and it seemed like exchange and completion would never happen. But Perry Bishop did a great job of getting the sale over the line and supported us all the way in difficult times.
We particularly want to acknowledge Jade Allen, who did an outstanding job keeping on top of the chain. She worked tirelessly to co-ordinate with buyers and their solicitors and kept us constantly updated. She also kept our spirits up when it seemed it would never happen. We feel it may never have happened if it wasn’t for the commitment Jade put into it.
We highly recommend the service provided by Jade and the Perry Bishop team in Cirencester.
