I can’t recommend Abby Sutcliffe highly enough. Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth.
The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400.
Would avoid if possible.

Very happy with Perry Bishop , kept us well informed about everything going on with plenty of views of our property. I would happily recommend them , I would have loved another 40k but unfortunately the markets are not at their best. No complaints
