Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth.
The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400.
Would avoid if possible.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Perry Bishop's Cheltenham office when selling my property recently. From the very beginning I had every confidence in Ben, Sam and the team, that they were doing their best for me, from valuation through to marketing and finally getting the sale through satisfactorily. It wasn't the most straightforward sale but they provided good advice and support and kept me informed of any developments in a timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend them.
