I cannot commend David enough for his enthusiasm, resolve, customer service skills and dedication to both marketing and selling our property! David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I chose to market our house through Peter Moody as I was most impressed by David out of several estate agents that I initially met. He offered a clear plan and fee structure and very reasonable terms. He was very honest and had an open, 'can-do' approach and clearly understood the market and how to deal with clients effectively and had a good deal of experience. I liked the fact that he took sole responsibility for viewings and kept me constantly informed of any developments and had all the necessary knowledge of the house for any queries. Despite the market slumping a little at the time we listed the house, David managed to arrange several viewings and before long we had two good offers. The sale went through smoothly and quickly, helped enormously by David and Christine's ability to keep pushing things along and keeping in touch with both solicitors, despite the difficult climate due to Covid. Our solicitor had told us to expect the process to take much longer than usual but it all went through very quickly in the end. David was the Best Estate agent I've ever had. With the viewings he had at least an hour for each viewing they were never rushed. Very good at building a rapport with the buyers to engage a sale. Best part was the continued support during the sale process. He even contacted the solicitors (he knows most of them anyway) to get the sale completed. handed over keys and took final meter readings for us!
