Very pleased with the recent sale of our bungalow in Bishopthorpe with Naish.
Jade's enthusiasm, drive and her knowledge of the village came across really well during the valuation and she identified all the positives and potential our home had.
We were looking for an estate agent who were prepared to try an off-market approach to the sale and Naish didn't hesitiate to accept the challenge where others shied away from this.
Within 5 days we had received multiple offers in excess of the asking price which was a great result.
The communication choices that Naish offered really worked well for us and we always got a response back to any queries straight away which helped towards a quicker sale and completion.
We would not hesitate to recommend Naish to anyone thinking of selling in the York area.

Myself and my partner used Naish Estate Agents for a rental property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sam was amazing and knows his stuff, the entire process from our first viewing all the way up to signing the tenancy agreement was so seamless.
After some poor experiences from other agencies in York over the years I would highly recommend Sam at Naish Estate Agents. The rental market is very tough in York and is also very competitive, and Sam made this entire experience stress free.

After trying & failing to sell our Home with two Estate Agents. One a prominent York based Agent the other an on line Agent. Giving it one last try Matt took on our home. After having so many people troop through our home without any interest .Which was extremely stressful and upsetting. Matt secured a sale straight away!

I was very happy I chose Naish. My house was sold quickly with no drama. Their photographer did an amazing job with the video and photos. I think it’s really important nowadays to use social media effectively, which Naish definitely understand how to do. An engaging, appealing video as their photographer delivers is very much part of that. Communication from Matt and Jade was always timely and very responsive. They have embraced modern ways and technology in a practical way to make the end to end process as straightforward as possible.

Recently sold through Naish. Matt was super helpful from the start giving advice and helping us achieve our goal of getting our home sold and buying our dream home. He went above and beyond to help us at every turn and pushed both the sale and purchase for us. Always available when we needed him and if not would always ring back in good time. Amy and Sam also really helpful and always passing on info and changing things for us. Would highly recommend. Iv used alot of estate agents in my time and never had the level of service we experienced with Matt and his team.
