Helpful staff when sale was progressing and when chain subsequently collapsed but overall felt that my sale was not a priority. I had to chase them for progress and feedback. I feel they offer more to clients at the upper end of the market.

Professional approach, great photos were taken, good brochure produced. Vetted viewers resulted in very quick sale, and then the agent helped us through the process and through some problems caused by the chain and lawyers further down. Great job overall, would recommend.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Both for lettings and sales. Untrustworthy, tried to charge for damage that was done before moving in. When buying they refuse to arrange viewings unless the buyer meets their mortgage "advisor" and brings evidence of all funds and earnings.
