I would not recommend this business, as after receive the first draft of the lease of the building the changed the deal on the lease. After that Sam harassed us to close the lease after we waiting for weeks for the lease to be done.
After receive the money for the deposit and rent, we had to run after the keys and once received we had to ask for the key of the shutter.
The service was bad let alone the emails from Sam Sutton himself rude to the core.
This is my second business, I never experience such unprofessionalism as this business.
Not even deserve of that one star.

You get the feeling this business really care, and nothing is too much trouble, well worth using for investments and purchases
