Having just moved our managed property to Pink from a larger agent, we’ve immediately seen the positive impact this has had. Pink are not exaggerating when they say they work more hours than other agents. I last phoned them at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and Karl answered and it was business as usual, no answering machine and being left until Monday (or even later in my past experience). The team at Pink Property are excellent at promptly finding the right tenant for the property, completing the required checks and paperwork and ensuring that the landlord is updated at every stage to ensure any vacant periods are minimal. Regular visits are undertaken, with prompt and detailed feedback provided when required after the visit, i.e. if there’s any work that is required or concerns that need to be raised. The team can either arrange for their contractors to quote and repair any issues, or are more than happy to facilitate visits if you want to use your own contacts. For me the team at Pink Property keep me updated efficiently and effectively, and nothing is an issue - they make having a rental an easy process as they deal with all day to day issues, always make the payment to the landlord on the agreed date and I can often forget that I have the second property. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who wants to be with a letting company where you do not get lost to other clients with larger rental portfolios, where you won’t feel like just a number and where you feel valued as a landlord....
