After my experience with this company I would like to let you all know don’t us them I went to visit a house and I said I wanted it last Friday I can pay the deposit on Monday I rang them and they didn’t pick up after 25 phone calls they picked up they said they will ring me back and they didn’t I rang them today and the cheeky people said the house as gone from Friday I told them I wanted it and said I can pay the bond on Monday this is so bad well you will never get my customer and I will do my best to keep people away from u lot

Got told we can have keys on a Monday got van loaded on way up got told not ready till next day had to put stuff into storage then hire another van to move to new house got in damage everywhere kitchen window smashed bathroom window smashed bathroom floor caved in floorboards in hallway caving in damp in kitchen NO BACK DOOR KEY refused to change locks as apparently they knew where key was... But never came to us we had to pay a locksmith ourself 65.00 to get one done for us moved loads rubbish from garden from old tenant and asked for a deposit and didn't put it in a scheme nasty vermin I had to go council disrepair team to get these resolved also bath had crack in and when empty bath sewage went under floor causing floorboards to be soaked massive hazard DO NOT RENT OFF THESE oncce u sign a contract they can't be bothered about you or ur health avoid go else where... U have been warned

I rent a house from pps I moved in the house 29 November 2021 and it been full of damp and mold and other things need fixing from day one but they sold the house to a different landlord but still under them and lied to the new Landlord and work still not done so this company is the worst in the UK stay away from pps

Moved in Feb 22, everything seemed fine, there was evident repairs needing doing, garden was full with previous tenant items which to them a few month to empty, takes them 3 month todo 1 job, they don't have communication skills, they don't have respect for the tenant as they bully you if you have disability and mental health issues(got prove of all this), they get cow boys todo the work(have prove of this), they also lie to the local authorities about work that hasn't been done!, they don't talk to one another, they Often blame the landlord to why the jobs have not been done, they lie to the landlord about the tenant when they have not done anything wrong,they then tuen their phones of when you are without heating or hot water, promise jobs get done each week and then ignore you, they don't note down the dates for jobs, they hipacrits, they act nice to your face then nasty in messages. I wouldn't recommend them they are not nice people, they don't care about the homes or the tenants, you can search Facebook and see what people say about them it's all negative.

Very knowledgeable and experienced agent. Handled some difficult situations with a difficult tenant I inherited when I purchased the property. Now we have a new tenant PPS have been brilliant.

Pps manage two properties for me and have for a several years. During this time they have been excellent chasing up rent and dealing with situations. We have decided to invest and buy more properties with PPS as our agent.

Avoid at all costs. Underhand tactics all round. Overcharging & false charging (including for work not even carried out - later verified by the tenant [they create their own invoices for works, not originals from the workmen]), under-delivering, unreliable, untrustworthy. You have been warned
