I have found the Ryan James agency to be very competent, quick to respond to queries, in possession of all the facts & figures necessary & genuinely enthusiastic about their business. They are both professional & personable, which is not always the case with estate agents & I've been very impressed with their communication & the rapidity with which they carry out all the relevant tasks. The only slight criticism I would have relates to the photographs of the property which I feel could be more appealing but this is probably quite pedantic of me! I have other properties, one of which I plan to sell next year &, providing all goes well with my current sale, I will list the next property with Ryan James' agency also.

Found the property I wanted, but a offer in and everything flew from there.
Quick and hassle free.
Gill was great, always there to help when I had questions and was very consistent in giving me weekly updates with the progress.
Definitely recommend this estate Agents.

An amazing service from start to finish. Sold within less than 2 weeks of the property being marketed and completed very quickly. I was kept updated at all stages of the transaction and the customer service from all the team was second to none. Highly recommend, I couldn't fault anything!

I switched to Ryan James after a few months of being on the market with another local estate agents, who I was not fully satisfied with for various reasons. Within a week of being on the market, I accepted an offer. All the staff are personable and approachable, and know their stuff to be able to ‘advise’ as well as sell your property. Definitely recommend!

Ryan and the team were excellent in terms of communication, with clear explanations and prompt replies to any questions. We also found the after sales service from Gill very informative and kept things on track! Everyone involved in the sale at Ryan James was friendly and professional throughout. Jill was knowledgeable and kept in constant touch, nothing was too much trouble for her, even assisting with things out of her remit. The whole team at Ryan James were just wonderful. We were selling in awkward circumstances and they did everything to make it as easy as possible. True to their word and managed our expectations on timeline and sale price brilliantly. They clearly know their stuff and to find an estate agent with integrity is a rare treat indeed.
