I was a tenant with ProBrook Properties for a little over a year and could'nt rate them enough. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had a leak from the flat above me, they were very prompt in reparing the damage to my flat. Would 100% recommend them and I wouldnt hesitate to rent from ProBrook again

I let a property with ProBrook over the past couple of years and the experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. As a first-time landlord they made it very easy for me, and nothing was too much trouble to assist with or organize. Responses were fast and extremely professional. This meant the letting experience ran very smoothly, and I had confidence that the property was in safe hands. Three friends have had similar experiences (which is why I picked the company initially). I would have no hesitation in recommending ProBrook most highly to other prospective landlords.

Reasonably quick response to my questions. Excellent management to emergent repair out of office hours. Caring property management team that puts themselves into the tenants' shoes . The landlord that they work with is also amazing and thoughtful. Can rest assured to rent the property from ProBrook Properties. Always get brilliant communication with the team, continually find them proactive, give excellent advice/support, address any issues promptly and straightforward with issues.
Been with them for 8 years and never considered changing. Had been with two other agents that were poor.

They make being a Landlord very straight forward taking care of everything whilst keeping me informed every step of the way. My tenants have been excellent, well vetted by ProBrook and our house sales were straight forward whilst obtaining the best price. I would highly recommend ProBrook for letting or selling your property.
