We used Proctors to sell our home. Lovely team, always happy to explain things to me and they know the local area very well. They give decent but realistic valuations rather than overinflated numbers that bring in zero views. Particular thanks to Sue for always being on the end of the phone when I was stressing out.

Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.

I have had the same experience as others below. Proctors managed my property for a year and I had no issues, as soon as it moved to Cook Estates I have not received a single rent payment on time, sometimes in bits and pieces and always taking multiple emails and calls to which are all ignored before finally receiving payment. It has caused me a great deal of work and stress and to be charged for this is appalling. I would not recommend this company
