Sharron at Property Divas managed the complete renovation of our flat in Highbury. The renovation involved moving partition walls, leveling and installing new floors throughout, changing the layout of the flat, refinishing all the walls, upgrading the plumbing and electrics, and much more, so pretty much everything was refurbished. As we don't live in the UK I was somewhat trepidatious about how we could manage the renovation, but Sharron managed everything to perfection, keeping us in the loop through regular video calls. When we visited the UK, Sharron took us shopping to look at tiles, flooring, fixtures and even small items for the flat, such as kitchen and bathroom accessories. She sourced handles, light fittings and radiators online, and organized delivery, and charged us for them without any mark up. She works with top-rate general contractors, and cabinet makers, and was always on top of the work they were doing. In our experience, unexpected problems always come up during a renovation; in this case there were very few, and Sharron resolved all of them quickly. Sharron is great to work with -- she treated our project as if it were the renovation of her own home. The project was carried out on budget and on time. Needless to say we are extremely pleased and happy with our choice to work with Property Divas and Sharron.

We were first-time buyers of a property listed by Property Divas - Helen, the vendor’s estate agent, was absolutely outstanding throughout our purchase. She went well above and beyond, navigating a particularly difficult leasehold situation and a challenging lender.
Helen understood the nuances of the property and had more than sufficient details for us to be confident in making our initial offer.
Most importantly to us, Helen was instrumental in pushing things forward — her experience and connections allowed us to make rapid progress with the property’s management company as we were approaching a critical stamp duty deadline.
Helen maintained constant communication with us (based in the UK) and the seller (who had moved abroad), acting as a reliable and clear point of contact between all parties — us, the vendor, and the solicitors. Her coordination helped ensure that steady progress was made throughout the process.
As first-time buyers, we especially appreciated her guidance, which she continues to offer even after the sale. Her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment were invaluable, and we are very grateful for her support.

Just exchanged and completed for a flat in Belsize/Hampstead and Property Divas were absolutely stellar throughout the whole process. I could not recommended them more.
Keeping everyone well informed all the time, sort out super quickly any last minute issues, keep seller and buyer well in sync and connected.
I particularly would like to recommend working with Michelle -always available for flat views, answering logistics questions or reach out to the seller to clear out any problems. All this helped greatly to close off on the flat in less than 3 months.

I viewed and subsequently rented a property through Property Divas in Primrose Hill for 5 years, and had a very positive experience with them.
The team all looked after me very well from the first moment and were always very quick and efficient in dealing with any minor issues during my time there, whilst the process of moving out / tying up loose ends at the end of my tenancy (which can often be somewhat stressful!) was very smooth and satisfactory. It was also clear they had a very good relationship with the owner and managed all interactions between owner and tenant very professionally and efficiently.

I highly recommend Helen Duncan and her team at Property Divas. Three years ago, Helen supervised the refurbishment of my flat to a very high standard so that I could rent it out. Michelle found an excellent tenant for me and then, when my circumstances changed, Michelle and Helen found a buyer. Both Helen and Michelle have a realistic view of the rental and sales markets and gave excellent advice about marketing and pricing. They dealt tactfully and efficiently with the inevitable issues that arise during any rental or sale, plus they have a very good network of contractors who can fix problems at short notice and respond to changes in regulations such as fire safety.
The previous review (below) concerns the refurbishment/renovation work.
Property Divas handled the renovation of our flat in NW3 in 2023 and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend the firm's renovation service.
Being based abroad, I felt nervous about taking on such a project from afar, but I was also worried about outsourcing it. However, I have no regrets and I am delighted with the results. Our flat, which had looked a bit outdated, has been transformed and is now a beautiful, elegant space which is ready to rent out. We have a sleek new kitchen, a new colour scheme for the carpets, blinds and walls, lovely lighting, fitted cupboards, new appliances and an improved energy rating. Helen at Property Divas works with a great team of electricians, plumbers, tilers, painters and decorators, engineers, as well as house clearers & movers. She had excellent ideas and suggestions for updating our flat, whether choosing a beautiful shade of paint for the walls or creating a particular style of kitchen, she helped us to set a budget and timetable, and she paid close attention to detail. Helen took charge of all aspects of the renovation and made sure everything was done correctly: she gave me regular updates, ran all the decisions past me to make sure I was happy, and kept a tight rein on costs.

Trustworthy, honest, patient, kind, genuine, consistent, professional! Terms one doesn’t often associate with the estate agency industry perhaps, but that makes Helen and her team stand out all the more because of it. Like other reviewers, we had met more estate agents on our journey to property ownership than we would have liked, but when we came across Helen, the experience was completely transformed. It was as if a friend who genuinely cares and wants the best outcome in the transaction, is on your side and walking you along. It’s not too farfetched to say that we bought this property, in large part, because we enjoyed and trusted Helen’s management of the deal. And despite complications in our purchase that no one could have anticipated, Helen stood patiently by our side and got us through to a successful completion. 5 stars isn’t enough to review Helen @ Property Divas as my experience with her was completely different from all other agents. She is trustworthy, professional, fair, communicates so clearly/ straight. I am sure she has created many other ' win -win situations' for both seller & buyer.' During my home search for 2 months I have viewed more than 40 properties and met 20 agents. Until I have met Helen I have given up to meet any genuine agents. I had to be constantly on alert whenever I communicated with agents since often I found them ' only commission driven ' and communicated vaguely when there were any negative aspect of the property. I was extremely lucky to have met Helen whom I have trusted straight away. She made my dream come true. I have called 2 well-known locksmiths upon my moving in, they both said Property Diva has put everything correctly/in line with regulation to make the residents safe. I know it is more costly to strictly follow the regulation but this is one of the examples how trust worthy they are. I hope Property Diva will change the culture of the property market and thus many people will be able to have very pleasant and happy experience like me.

Exceptional service from Property Divas renting a property from them. Unlike almost all other estate agents I have dealt with, they made no attempt to over-sell, and gave a very fair assessment and presentation of options available on both occasions I have been looking to move house. During the tenancy the team was extremely responsive in fixing maintenance issues, and transparent move in and move out processes. After months of searching for a place to rent through London agencies and not having great experiences, Sara from Property Divas was like an angel sent from above. She told me not to worry and that she wouldn't rest til she found me my new home. And she did just that. What impressed me - and what was so different than any other agent I've worked with - was that she quickly learned my taste and preferences so well, she ranked properties knowing what I'd like and not like - and when she finally called and said "you're going to love this place", I had no doubt my 3 month long search was over. It didn't stop there though - she was relentless in making sure the agreement was right for me - had great a relationship with the other agent -- and I felt like I was so well taken care of. In the last twelve years I have moved a number of times around the UK and dealt with several agencies, but my most recent move was through Property Divas, and what an absolute breath of fresh air they have been. PD stands out miles apart from the rest - the lovely ladies & gents of PD are personable, friendly, will try to help no matter what the issue or query, as soon as possible, and always with a smile. I recently sold my late mother's home in NW3. Helen and her team at Property Divas were recommended by my solicitor. Obviously an upsetting experience for me, but from the very start to the eventual completion, I had nothing but 1st class help and attention from Helen and the team. We had nightmare purchasers with their nightmare solicitors, but Helen remained calm throughout , when I was ready to throw the towel in.
These terrific people are not your average estate agents. Determined to get the job done, but in the nicest possible way. I wouldn't use anyone else.
