This year we were very lucky to become acquainted with Eva Harris, a vibrant young woman who patiently listened to our specific needs -- location, price, furnishings, etc. -- and then proceeded to send us photos and videos of possibilities. She wasn't discouraged every time we said no. She was determined, went the extra mile, and found us just what we wanted. But it didn't end there. She expertly guided us through the application process and followed through to the very end by welcoming us to London and opening the front door to our flat.

This is the company that helped me with my room contract when I moved from Japan to London. We recently sold our house in Hampstead through TK (Daniel Epstein and Danny Charmbolas). We chose TK as they were the most responsive and efficient at getting back to us at the pre sale valuation phase and we had had a very good experience with them a number of years ago when we sold the flat we then owned through TK. TK have a wide database of clients and started showing the property before it was officially on the market. Through what turned out to be a prolonged arduous sale process, TK secured the asking price (which had been set at the high end of the valuation range) from 3 different buyers. They were also impressively efficient and proactive in the frustrating run up to contract exchange and gave good considered advice where needed. Would highly recommend them. Impressive local knowledge, great client contacts, able to achieve a good price, very personal service and will get things done.

We recently sold an apartment with TK International. We listed the flat during the COVID pandemic which was a difficult time for the market. Despite this, they managed to arrange a large number of viewings, far more than were arranged by other agencies, and secured us as offer which has recently completed.
Despite the pandemic, difficult market and very challenging negotiation with anxious first time buyers, Ben and James were extremely professional at all times. Even when we were frustrated, they remained polite and calm and helped us to work through to a successful sale.
The professionalism, dedication and hard work (including out of hours) shown by James and Ben throughout was outstanding and they are a credit to TK International.

I have used TK for a number of years. They rented our house, and also took care of all of it's maintenance. A few years ago, their service saw a bit of a slump, and we almost switched. I am glad I did not.
In the last year, I have certainly noticed a significant pick up in service levels. As in any business, it's all about the people and their attitude. I must say the current team is doing a super job. Proactive, service oriented, looking for solutions at every opportunity,.
And most importantly, I really feel that they are managing our property like if it was theirs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
