Borderline predatory end-of-tenancy tactic. Tenants beware! They intentionally request deductions for wear and tear when they are clearly not justified under the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) guidelines, likely hoping that the tenant will not want to go through with an official claim.... Used the guys at Nova Haus to sell a property in North London. Had the usual 'local' agents round but the hunger and desire shown by the team at Nova Haus won the day...and I wasn't disappointed. From start to finish we were impressed by the speed and diligence with which they dealt with enquiries and importantly qualified out the time wasters. Once Jonnie had negotiated the deal we were happy with the process went as smoothly as I've known with weekly updates and more as it got closer to exchange and completion.
