My partner rented through RA Bennet Leamington. After giving notice, she informed them that she was abroad for a period and that she did not consent to viewings during this period. They went ahead with viewings anyway and accessed the property without warning in breach of the tenancy. We felt violated and that this was an invasion of our privacy. In response they said nothing had been stolen. This was beside the point. They are aware that this was illegal and against her specific instructions but went ahead anyway.... Read more
