Chestertons - Putney

I was looking to rent my flat last December and after Catherine from Putney office viewing it was clear to me that the Chestertons is only agency I would trust with my property. Catherine was extremely professional but at the same time approachable and friendly. She was very open, honest, realistic with the current market and explained to me clearly how the process works. I did advice Catherine at the beginning of our meeting that I am considering to put my flat for rent with two agencies. However, after my meeting with Catherine I was so impressed with her enthusiasm that I have decided to go only with Chestertons. Chestertons in Camden have been incredibly helpful with helping me to rent a flat. Chestertons in Islington have been great too for renting and buying. I have never felt like they are trying to pull a number on me. How often can you say that when it comes to the property market!? So why 4 out of 5 stars rather than 5? Gentle nudge: I think the cots of a gas safety certificate needs to come down...
