We had a great experience with Chestertons Battersea, helping to find us a perfect flat in the area and guide us smoothly through the move-in procedure. They all worked hard on our behalf and minimised the stress of a move on our part and now we are happily moved into our new home in Battersea Square.

Although I have never actually bought or sold a house via Matthew Genders at Chestertons in Chiswick, I wouldn’t hesitate to give him my business in the future.  Theoretically our involvement with Matthew should have been minimal, as he was acting on behalf of the seller of the property that we were buying and not on our behalf.  However, there were numerous delays and problems in the chain below us and Matthew worked extremely hard to keep the whole process on track, liaising with all the involved solicitors and estate agents, as well as our buyers, ourselves and his client. He worked hard to obtain up to date information on the progress and did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed. I think it is quite likely that without Matthew’s efforts the chain may have collapsed and we would have had to start the whole process again.  If I were looking to sell I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Chestertons in Chiswick .
