Words can’t describe how incredible Appolonia at Remax has been. From the moment she showed us around our house, she was warm and friendly. We had trouble with our solicitors and Appolonia recommended Juno to us and we complete in 10 weeks. If we ever needed anything Appolonia was only a phone call away, and she got back to us the same day. Cannot recommend enough!!

We’ve had such a fantastic experience with RE/MAX for both sales and lettings. The whole team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting the best outcome for their clients. We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

Our agent, David Hurt was excellent from start to finish. Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for.

Can’t thank Elaine enough for all her help throughout the whole process. From start to finish Elaine was professional, helpful and honest. She was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made sure to discuss new information with us as soon as she had it. Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
