I was looking for apartment. I was in desperate position, as finding a property in London is a disaster. Thanks God, Amy helped me a lot. And she promised me I could move to the apartment 1st of September. However, there were some documentation problem by landlord, Amy solved it quickly and me and my friends moved to the apartment on the promised date. Whenever we had questions about apartment, she responded very quickly. There were some needs of us about apartment which landlord promised but didn't do it. We asked Amy about this situation, and she pushed the landlord to provide us with our needs. When I come back to the UK, I will definitely work with Amy again.... Read more

Awful. My daughter and 3 other students have just rented a property from this company. They viewed and it was dirty and needed repairs. It was promised that they would delay moving in so the cleaning could be done, but when they arrived to move it nothing had been done. They moved in ( because they had no choice and needed to be there to start university). The washing machine smelt of mould and when I visited the seals were thick with black mould! Amy's solution was to send them a washing machine cleaner from Amazon! Now 2 weeks in one of the students has been repeatedly bitten by insects, on closer inspection we have found an infestation of bed bugs. Surprisingly Amy immediately arranged for pest control which would make me suspicious that this is not a first. My daughter and her student flat mates still have had none of the repairs done, they are infested with bedbugs. Having to go to the laundrette to hot wash and hot tumble dry all clothes, bedding, etc at their own expense and having all this stress just as they are coping with university life. So far no offer of compensation from the company. I am disgusted with this company. There should have been an inspection and inventory prior to them moving in and the cleaning and broken items resolved before they moved in. Poor and shoddy. If things are not resolved fully I will be taking this situation to the ombudsman.... Read more

Amy has been very trustworthy. Whenever I have issues in my flat as a tenant, she has always treated me fairly with prompt resolutions. I have rented a flat managed by RE/MAX for about 3 years, and Amy and the landlord have been very caring, especially during COVID. Hence, I am surprised to see the negative reviews on here because I have been taken advantage quite a few times by other agents, but never the case when it comes to Amy, one of the most honest agents out there.... Remax vision is the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. Amy was one of the most childish agent I have ever had the unfortunate to deal with. The overall attitude was generally in disbelief that anything was asked of her and I was often met with resistance. At the end of such a horrible and painful experience I have yet to receive my deposit of almost two grand. After a whole month of consistently asking her when it will be received she even contrived the story that the landlord is not responding to her when there were no issues contacting him throughout my leasing period(what a coincidence…) I would strongly advise anyone not to seek any property for rental or purchase though her as she will have you in regret. In response to the landlord, Nitin Permer’s review , Nitin Parmer and Amy Dang also seem to not have had an adequate line of communication as she herself also expressed her issues in communicating with him, stating that he has caused her ‘a lot of problems this is why we are refusing to work with him again’, after she had made several attempts to contact him over the course of a whole month with no response, which is the cause of the delay of our deposit, not any inspection he was carrying out. The landlords response to my fellow tenants and I’s reviews therefore appears to simply be a matter of teaming up against us and holds no weight nor validity and is a conflict of interest. He was simply present for any replacement of the appliances he had to replace as even the engineers for the freezer had no idea why it was freezing over. I can also say that the landlord’s response is motivated by the significant age difference between us and them, something which was a consistent and non questionable pattern throughout the tenancy, ignoring the fact that we are simple students who are in need of our deposit as we on our end are being asked for rent and with late fees piling up. Nitin Parmer also mentioned the fact that the contract was extended for another year, something which he did not want to do, yet he proceeded to send us the contract which was initially for three months until we could find something. With the issues surrounding COVID-19 however, we were forced to stay. The apartment was left clean once we left and we still decided to pay for a cleaning service to come and clean it. Nitin Parmer stated that if it wasn’t for Amy, the apartment would have been left in a poor condition, meaning it was returned to them in a good condition something which was no thanks to Amy as we who occupied the apartment returned it to them in a near condition. Amy herself stated that the only flaw was a small patch on the wall which needed painting over. This agency is so dreadful and horrendous..we had so much struggle while in a contract with them everything was faulty in the house the day we moved in washing machine,fridge, shower, the hob (we had to use match sticks for so long even after complaining)and when we left the nightmare just got worse, the agency run by AMY DANG is refusing to return our £1961.54 deposit even though the apartment was left clean as we paid for a cleaning service she’s claiming the landlord NITIN PARMAR has gone MIA it’s been a whole month and shes clearly breaching our contract. One of the rooms started to become mouldy due to bad infrastructure and they didn’t even bother to re paint until after 8 months…even though we complained about the danger of getting respiratory problems, respiratory infections, allergies or asthma. Damp and mould can also affect the immune system as students we had no option but to put up with this and went against our human rights. They took advantage of our age and the fact that we’re so young. We were so helpless as this was during COVID. We couldn’t take showers without the neighbours downstairs complaining about leakage this issue was only addressed by trying to put a bandaid on the bigger issue ..the infrastructure they should have removed the shower and fixed it. The heating wouldn’t work in one of the rooms and a fellow roommate was always sick which affected her studies. The fridge kept freezing over for no reason and our groceries were stuck in there for months even after complaining and due to this we couldn’t even eat properly we all lost significant amount of weight. We were never compensated for the groceries we lost over £100 worth you can imagine how difficult this was as we’re students living in London .Amy doesn’t even bother to try to contact us and when we do get a hold of her she likes to whinge on the phone like a child. Don’t bother unless you want your money stolen we have to get police involved to solve any issue.... Read more

"I am the landlord who rented my property to Abir Taha, Jawaria Kirran Hussain and Shabnam Fazly. I have read their reviews and felt a need to provide my own opinion of the situation. Amy Dang from RE/MAX Vision is my agent she has been nothing but professional and has always gone that extra mile to ensure things are done properly. It was very fortunate that Amy managed these tenants because they were problematic the moment they moved in. I appreciate her hard work and trust that she handled every situation as best as she could. The reviews left by the three women have been malicious and untrue. If it wasn't for Amy looking after my property throughout the tenancy I'm sure the flat would have been left in a really bad condition. Needless to say they would not follow basic guidance in looking after the flat which they are legally responsible for this. There is case law on this – Warren versus Keen 1954. They also extended the tenancy by deceit for one more year. Something I did not want to do. I'm glad they have left my property. I honestly feel they do not deserve any of their deposit returned . I replaced a number of items. They were lucky because Amy was always there to clear up their mess. With regard to the return of the deposit – I had to carry out an inspection of the property to agree to its return, hence the delay. Funny they didn’t say that Amy had returned half their deposit pending my visit to the property. Good luck to anyone who has these tenants and for their sake I hope they learn to be better tenants.... Read more

My experience renting from Remax Vision has been extremely distasteful and by far the worst agency I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Not only was our agent Amy Dang extremely rude, immature and impersonal on multiple counts. Failing to provide during multiple instances what was necessary and standard practice when dealing with tenants. Everything was extremely dragged out the, the situations we were left to deal with by ourselves were nothing short of dumbfounding and disgusting. To add insult to injury a month after the tenancy finally ended and I am yet to receive my deposit which was supposed to be returned the day we leave per the contract. The claim that has been staked being the landlord is irresponsive though this was never an issue when discussing taking money. The whole situation seems very fabricated as it has been far too long of a time period and communication with the landlord was NEVER an issue during our tenancy. I would advise against engaging with this agency as their behaviour has shown extremely poor management skills and absolute disregard towards their tenants, money hungry behaviour. Bottom of the barrel. Pathetic excuse for a service provider, rather a disservice.... Read more
