Note even a 1* service. Really disappointed with the service. I made two viewings on Saturday with Liz. She sent no confirmation email confirming the bookings, so I contacted them on Friday and spoke to a guy who checked the system and found that nothing was booked for me. He apologised and kindly rebooked and sent through the confirmation. On Saturday Liz called me and left a VM to say that she is cancelling the bookings. Very unreliable estate agents, not serious and this is a total waste of time for anyone who is a serious buyer!!! I will not be using them again.

Used Readings for my recent house purchase. Excellent service. It was a pleasure to work with Liz. She was really helpful throughout the whole process. Great communication; she was always available when needed, very quick responses at any time of day. All in all it was a great experience and I can tell you that they are very good !

Really disappointed with there service. I made a viewing on Saturday. Called today to confirm the booking lady who I spoke to confirm the booking for today. Went to view the property I called the lady who confirmed my booking except for answering my call she message me saying call the office. So I call the office guy informed me the property has been sold. Know that has wasted a journey for me I had to leave early from work. What I expected was they could of atleast called to inform me that the property has been sold or atleast drop a message. So unprofessional. Reading state agent should know how tough it is for people to get time out from work to view a property specially in these cost of living times. Very very disappointed

Start to finish an excellent service from Readings. Everything was easy, stress free, communication excellent and very competitive rates too. This is the 5th time either I or another member of my family have used Readings - we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Special thanks to Liz!

Buyers beware you will be pressured into paying high prices on houses not worth it to pump up their commissions. Very poor communications and staff seem like they don't care at all for buyers.

We cannot thank Liz enough for her assistance and always keeping us informed!! From the start I could tell her approach was different to other agents having the unpleasant experience of having 2 deals which have fallen through before we found Liz. Thanks to her always being on top of everything and there for us we managed to complete within a little more than a month which was just unbelievable!

Awful - don’t touch them as either a tenant or a landlord ! My tenant literally took out my kitchen and readings would do nothing about it! They dont deal with actual reality - but in their own version of events- so if you are unfortunate enough to be already in dealings with them - take photos, document & date absolutely everything to prove your truth !
