From the very first visit to discuss going on the market, to the actual handing over of keys, they've helped to make the process as stress-free as possible and going out of their way to ensure everything moved along in a timely manner. Their office door was always open to me and I felt that they valued me as a client, always making time for any questions or concerns I had; even helping with questions I had about my ongoing purchase through another agency. They were always easy to get hold of on the phone or via email and dealt with any queries immediately. As well as being a friendly team, they were professional to the highest standard and I always felt looked after and that they were working with my best interests in mind. We have to specially mention Lee Dabey’s name because he is the best. He definitely deserves 7 star rating because he knows how to handle the clients stressful journey through buying process. He always communicated with us as well as both sides solicitors and whenever any issue arises he just jumped into it and solve it nicely. Honestly the worst experience ever! I would give no stars if I could. This branch is dishonest and use people to constantly counter offer to get the price of properties up. We were told that the property had an offer accepted on already, but to put in another offer anyways. We were then told the vendor has decided to drop their original offer and go with us. We asked for the property to be marked as under offer or STC which the estate agents refused as they needed to keep back up options just incase. To then find out that after booking a mortgage valuation to take place that the vendors now want to reject our offer and go with someone else. Avoid this branch at all costs, they are time wasters and only care about commission

We had used Bairstow Eves over 7 years ago to purchase our first property seamlessly. So we decided to use them again to assist us with the sale of our flat to allow us to buy a bigger property.
While initial dealings were professional, we cannot say that it carried on in that spirit. In fact it turned out to be a very lengthy and stressful experience with our agent Lee keeping communication to an absolute minimum. We were often unaware of what was happening and when we called the office to enquire, our agent was always on the other line with no attempts made to call back.
In the end, as things were stalling, we had to do the majority of the leg work, communicating with all lawyers and third parties involved in order to get the ball rolling and come up with a completion date. No help whatsoever from our agent Lee, we had to coordinate all comms from all directions in the chain. Even our buyer expressed concerns with the agent’s lack of communication and action and as his mortgage deal was expiring, we had to act quickly. In the midst of all this, I also gave birth so sending emails to lawyers from the hospital when I know our agent should be assisting, was no fun and only added to the stress.
Giving three stars because William and Lara were absolute stars. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and just amazing to deal with. Our broker Donna from the Hornchurch branch is worth her weight in gold. What an amazing, hardworking lady and so kind! She knows a lot and worked magic for us. You’ll be in good hands if Donna advises you.

Bairstowe Eves are the best Agents in the market. I was looking to purchase a property at the height of the property craze in early 2022 and every other agent I dealt with provided a terrible service. Bairstowe Eves were open and transparent and assisted in ensuring the process was fast yet smooth, keeping me informed throughout the entire journey. They were also kind enough to follow up a year later and provide a valuation which was great. The entire team led by Lee were fantastic and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Charlotte was an amazing sales negotiator with excellent customer service and people skills; Chelsea was also great albeit my interactions were minimal however overall my experience with Lee, Charlotte and Chelsea is the reason I was able to secure my first property with no hiccups. If you are thinking of placing your property with an on line agent I can strongly recommend that you DON'T...we went down that route and basically wasted our money. If Charlotte can't sell your property then nobody can.
The girl is an absolute star. Without her tenacity and commitment i doubt whether we would have sold( exchanged and completed today).As a previous homeowner has stated Charlotte keeps you informed from the get go,travels the extra mile and is ably backed up by her "star striker" and Senior Valuations Manager Matthew.
Charlotte's cheery disposition is a revelation in a profession which tends to get a bad press.If any of the hierarchy at Bairstow are reading this please make sure you reward this employee suitably..Charlotte is a credit to your company.

Ozlem Belinder made me cry and upset as she charged me for a service that she failed to deliver. I was very clear with her from the start and had put my trust in her but she failed to give me any reassurance as she kept changing her words. She didn't give me any confidence in her and Bairstoweves. I called her on several occasions but she failed to return my call. She comes across as a professional but doesn't deliver. I am taking this complaint further.

Thoroughly looked after by the whole team at the Elms Park branch. They were all really helpful from start to finish; Matt was very willing to accommodate me and my working hours for appointments and viewings.
They went the extra mile for me, especially Lisa in the mortgages team - they really know their stuff! Will be happy to use them all again in a few years - but I'm certainly looking forward to enjoying my new home first. Thanks again all!

Lisa has been an angel. Throughout the (very) stressful process of buying a new home Lisa has been brilliant. No query or request has been too big.
