Lynsey served as both an Estate Agent and therapist during a fairly stressful purchase with the impending stamp duty holiday finishing. When a member of the chain decided to add some drama to mix, Lynsey fought tooth and nail to help make sure the sale went ahead, which is exactly what you’re looking for when dealing with an estate agent. She was available outside business hours and remained in good contact throughout the process. I can confidently say we haven’t received this level of ‘service’ before. We don’t plan to move again any time soon, but will surely refer our friends and family to Reads.

Lynsey from Read Property Consultancy goes way beyond the call of duty, nothing is too much trouble for her, she has managed the buyers with tact and diplomacy and I know for a fact that without her involvement the sale just would not have happened! It was miraculous enough that she found a buyer in COVID times but also for a house that was undergoing building works, and a builder who didn’t know how to keep to schedules. This was not an easy sale, the fact that Lynsey saw it through to completion was a feat and a half. She’s has the perfect balance between persistence and gentle persuasion! I would recommend her to anyone, you know it’s not just a job for her.

I cannot recommend Reads Property enough.
The sale process ran smoothly from start to finish and thanks to Lynsey and Becky our house was sold within a week of marketing it !!
Everything about Reads was professional and efficient, nothing was too much to ask and Lynsey was always available to answer any queries we had.

At Reads I have been dealing with Lynsey and she is amazing! She is very professional, good at keeping you up to date and getting back to you with emails and phone calls. Our process wasn’t as straight forward as we could have asked for but Lynsey was there with us every step of the way to help in anyway possible! I would defiantly use Reads again and i couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
