Couldn’t write a better review for RMS. I’ve dealt with them a few times now and I have to give a big shout out to Victoria who has been so helpful, quick to respond and nothing was an issue. The whole process from start to finish is quick and especially during a stressful time you don’t need to worry about a thing.

What a fantastic team in the Ryton office of Rook Matthews Sayer. They have been there for us every step of the way. This has not been an easy move but we could count on everyone in the office to help us. We could not recommend RMS Ryton enough. They tried their utmost to help bring our original purchase to completion but sadly it wasn't to be. Victoria then helped us through negotiations on another property in Ryton that completed in 5 to 6 weeks and we are happily settled in our new home. All of the staff at RMS Ryton have been wonderful with great communication throughout the process so we knew where we were with each stage of the purchase.

Fantastic experience dealing with RMS's Ryton branch in my recent mortgage application. Rachel has been incredibly supportive to my situation and took time to carefully go through the details, pros and cons of each mortgage and protection product for me. She took care of all communications with the lender and insurer and went the extra mile when I needed to re-apply at the last minute when mortgage rates started to drop, ensuring I got the best rate available. Completing the house purchase was at times stressful with other parties, but Rachel took a lot of the stress away from the lending side of things, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her, or RMS Ryton, to anybody. Thanks again Rachel, you've been a star!
